The housekeepers were very nice. Hotel staff was prompt in replacing the microwave that wasn't working.
I didn't like that you could hear the traffic on the highway so well and also people walking by the room. Some of them were loud. The ice machine should be in the middle of the rooms so that it would be better accessible for everyone.

The bed was comfortable despite the small holes in the duvet cover. The waffle maker needs to be replaced so the waffle can cook all the way thru or thinner batter made available.

One person that was in housekeeping Ng was not a fretindly person she didn't clean very well at all an never smiled or a acted very freind anytime when u ask her for something she say go get T it yourself it was always no I don't have it and u could see it on her cart she was a black young lady not freind at all not a nice person , I'm

The outward appearance of the general facility was a little run down but the room was large and comfortable. Bed was great. Given the price it was a great value.
Nothing stands out of as a negative other than the outward appearance. The rooms were fine and the hotel provided good value.
