Robin (night audit) was amazing, I had an issue with my room late the night I checked in. She came to the rescue and got us taken care of right away! She was a lifesaver as I was traveling with an infant.

I loved the hotel... staff was so kind and friendly. The beds are so comfortable.. best sleep I got in a long time...

The room was a little dirty when we got there. Nothing crazy. However, I put the tag thing on the door to have the room cleaned and to have the sheets changed after 3 days ( as there for 5days) and no one ever did the sheets change. They only came and got the towels, and that was it.. we made sure not to be there, so we are not in the way. And every day, nothing.

the staff was exceptionally pleasant. normally people that operate these places are just doing their job and are indifferent but the staff here were very accommodating and pleasant to work with and a smile goes a long way. 10/10

indoor pool..but i mean c'mon, beggars can't be choosers. i don't really have recommendations on improvements as i feel i was properly accommodated and overall pleased with my experience but if i had to critique anything i guess i would pick better tv's with netflix or something similar

Breakfast was really good. beds were super comfy, clean, pool was clean and nice. My only complaint was that it was on the warm side in the hallways, Room ac was fine. Staff was amazing, very friendly and always offering help. good location near lots of stores and resturants.

none really other than it was rather stuffy and warm in hallway, but room was perfect. ice machines was out of order for a bit, but they got it quickly fixed. No issues.

This hotel is our go to when we come to town to visit family. It's not expensive, it's reasonably quiet, and it's always clean. It's really close to everything and just all around a good experience.

The hallways are a bit warm, but that's to be expected with the type of single room air units that they have. Also, the pillows are tiny squares, which can be a bit tricky if you're used to standard pillows.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and a nice size. I was surprised the bed was so comfortable.

Hard to get to. The rooms need upgrades as well as the rest of the hotel.

Lanisha Odum overheard our grandson, age 7 yr, say he really wanted some sausage. She asked him if he wanted patties or links. He said he loved links. She made that especially for him and he was so happy. He thanked her repeatedly.

Lobby felt warm, like AC was broken. We didn't stay in that area a long time anyway. Minor compared to everything else being nice.

Location was convenient and close to GWU and Bostic, where we were scheduled to visit. We were there over the weekend Helene hit, and we never lost power. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was super nice.

Bathroom had mildew in the caulking around the tub. Property needs a little TLC.. paint, etc.

The room was clean and the bathroom sink and countertop was big .I loved the closet and long mirror for dressing.The housekeeping staff where friendly.We felt safe in this town that we were just traveling to from Holden beach.The breakfast was fairly descent ,dining area was crowded ,a bit small.Overall the bed was very comfortable and we can't wait to come back when we go on our next beach vacation in September.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. I would recommend Comfort Inn for anyone traveling through Shelby.

The elevator at only one end of the building was not very convenient. That is the only thing I can think of that is worth even mentioning.
