They switched my room. I booked a suite and received a queen room. When I complained the clerk at the desk said she didn't know how I was able to book the suite when they were sold out on that room on the 9th. I was very disappointed. So far the hold on my credit card is not reflecting my receipt. The hold on my card is more than my receipt shows. Another friend's room was canceled entirely. She had to leave the city and stay somewhere else.

Breakfast options are varied so that whatever I'm in the mood for I can choose. Coffee was very good. The eggs reminded me of how my Mom used to make them. That brought good memories. The bathroom is well lit and the height of the commode is great for a senior citizen like me with arthritis. Plus the sides of the tub were low enough for me to step over, I have short legs, well short everything.

The bulb was out in the lamp between the two beds. The HVAC system in the room was set on cool and I wasn't able to switch to heat. It just kept flashing WAIT. It had been very warm weather until the day I stayed. I was only staying one night so I just raised the temp on the cool so I could be more comfortable.

Breakfast selections and the layout of the dining area was great.

Did not say that I needed a handicapped bathroom. It was a little hard because there is no grab bar beside the toilet. It would have been easier if it was. Did not ask before hand about a handicap bathroom when I checked in and thought if would have worked the was it was. I had to improvise and use the wheelchair for her to hold on.

Staff was great

Cleaning was only available with 24 hour advance notice. If that is the plan the rooms need to be better stocked. We had a half roll or toilet paper, one cofee pod, no extra towels and no sheets for the pull out. Staff was great and supplied what was needed but it’s extra work on them when the room should’ve been better stocked for a 3 night stay.

Very clean

The only thing we did not like they did not change our towels the next day and did not fresh up our room as many other hotels does. I had to go and ask for clean towels by the end of the day.

The safety, the cleanliness, and most importantly, the friendliness of the staff and I don’t remember her name but the lady in the breakfast area with the long hair in a ponytail and she wore glasses she was exceptional. She is an asset to your business.

The thin walls we could hear the TV in the room next to us and they had it on all night long on our last two nights of stay had to turn the phone to sounds to block it out

Food was ok, only had coffee and a banana. Would loved th have had flavored creamer. The location was perfect for the wedding venue venue

Had a wedding at 4PM, I had requested a 2PM early check in but the room was not ready until after 4PM, therefore could not check in until after the wedding and reception. I was able to dress for the wedding in a friend’s room.

Everything

The first room we stayed in, the a/c on the roof was making a loud vibrating noise All night. The next night we moved to a different room and we slept wonderful.

No fault of the property but if you’re room is on the side with the road traffic is pretty loud and didn’t stop all night

The property was very clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays! I felt safe with my two kids staying there and breakfast was amazing! One of the best places I’ve stayed in a while!
