Yes it’s Me again!! I’m a frequent flyer here. I honestly consider this my home away from home. The best thing about this property is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and are always friendly. This is the only hotel I ever actually sleep at the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The fact that the Walmart is just behind the hotel is a great convenience. It is less than 4 miles to the outlet mall and Hammricks which is also fantastic. Then there is an abundance of restaurants around that are great Daddy joes BBQ is great and only a few blocks away there’s a Waffle House close along with all kinds of fast food places the closest restaurant is wings ect and it’s ok but I’m not a fan.

Not the hotels fault but guest on the second floor flipping cigarettes on my vehicle was not to cool. Easy fix I just moved my truck away from the building

Pool was closed and my bedding wasn't changed for 3 days after I requested for it to be changed didn't receive but one set of towels and wash clothes and my trash wasn't picked up from outside my room I had to take it to the dumpster myself

We did not have breakfast but loved the fact that the hotel was in an area where we could have a variety of choices to eat from. The room was clean and smelled good. We loved the fact it was already warm in the room when we went in. We would stay again if we are in the area.

Great location, great staff (the white guy I checked in with in the evening a little after 3pm was super nice and so was the older black lady I checked out with in the morning 11am on the dot), easy parking, clean room and I’m the type that has a bed bug checker and they passed (I sprayed Lysol just out of natural habit), up and down stairs rooms, pool, and exercise room. They have breakfast in the morning (waffle maker, cereal, juice, yogurts, etc.) They have restaurants (within walking distance so you can save on gas if you want to on a nice day and most restaurants deliver with door dash) and shopping close by including Walmart and abc store down the road. It very affordable in a good way cause there are no junkies, or crack/meth heads hanging around. It’s very safe in my opinion.

The fact I couldn’t stay longer cause I had to go back to work I live outta town lol cause there is nothing wrong with this property. Just slow down when you get close or you’ll miss your turn it’s the road next to Burger King.

Excellent location, breakfast bar was great! Loved the friendliness of the staff. The price was a GREAT VALUE and OH it was listed as having a pool and not only did they have a pool IT WAS OPEN!

no hot chocolate packets (of course I didn't ask either). We don't drink coffee or tea. We were in the pool everyday and it did disappoint us that the pool wasn't cleaned of leaves, many leaves. We'd swim at noon so I'd think they'd have the nets to clean or pumps cleaned out because there was little pressure from the jets after the first day. Thus I believe the leaves stayed at the bottom of the pool.

Everything The faculty was really nice and treated us like we were their family it was a great scenery there was Walmart Dollar tree Dollar general Kentucky fried Chicken Burger King all that was really close to us there was a number of restaurants to choose from and convenience stores and stuff it was just a really nice place the rooms are smoke-free that's a good thing and they didn't have any bad activities or anything like that going around going on outside or anything like that and say family friendly place it was excellent the rooms are very clean and really nice jacuzzi tubs in a swimming pool my kids enjoyed both they have a coffee pot in the room they have free breakfast Wi-Fi cable TV and the his oh my gosh I've never slept so good in all my life

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about this place I'll continue to use that motel

Every employee we met were very friendly and responsive. The new dog walk was awesome!

We were in a smoke free room but someone who stayed there prior must have smoked in the doorway and left a cigarette butts there. The smoke smell was pretty heavy in the room... nothing you could really do to fix the situation.

I liked that the check in was smooth. No problem with checking in. It was quiet and close to stores and restaurants.

I didn't like that the housekeeper came banging on the door before checkout. Then she said I got an attitude with her.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to many stores and restaurants. Great value for the money overall and I would stay there again and recommend to others.

The breakfast was not the best. No eggs provided. Orange juice was out. Only hot item was waffles but there were none and I arrived early on so those items should have been available. Some places in bathroom were rusted and should be replaced.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. The shower was small, but had good water pressure, and a good showerhead. There was always hot water almost immediately.

The beds are high and hard for my husband to climb up on.
