The location was #1 for me working at the courthouse! The rooms are great with very diligent cleaning staff. The water pressure was superb which was a great feature. The bathrooms and rooms are spacious. I look forward to coming back when the huge pool is open. The fact that there is a Starbucks for in the mornings and a bar, lounge, and restaurant makes this an ideal place to stay! The terrace offers a luxurious laid back vibe that makes it feel like home away from home. The absolute best feature of my stay was the staff, all were extremely genuine and committed to me having a positive experience.

The fellow who greeted us at the reception desk was so warm and welcoming! He gave us great restaurant tips and helped us with the WiFi. The pool was perfect — great for swimming laps! The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is just blocks from a picturesque downtown square and within walking distance of the beautiful new ballpark.

The walls are a little thin. We stayed a week, and a couple of late nights we could hear a very fussy baby in the room next door.

The people at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. My room was amazing, so roomy and the bed was soooo comfortable! The parking garage was very convenient. I could not find anything negative about my stay. My cousin and I plan on making this an annual trip and we will definitely be staying again at the Marriott. Thank you so much for a great night's stay.

Parking in garage was nice and convenient. The room space was perfect for two. Pool is great size.

Not having a safe in the room. The jacuzzi was not running, no notification prior to checking in. There was heating system being fixed which I understand. But received three notification's with different times, this did make us alter our plans multiple times. Sadly no compensation for this offered.

Food was great - location was excellent for my needs - great custer service.

My TV made a humming noise which was not much of a problem for me since I need some sort of background noise while sleeping. I did let the front staff know for the next customer.

It was a really nice hotel. I felt safe. Although the area seemed small, I felt as if the hotel was placed closed enough to restaurants and other need places such as Target. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was most gracious and offered to upgrade my queen room to a king once she saw I was alone. That was indeed the highlight of my trip.

I always find it convenient when there are things such as microwaves and mini fridges in the room. I had to pretty much eat my leftovers cold the next day. I also needed some toothpaste but it wasn't available in the market. Lastly the ice machine wasn't working. These are small things and while they wouldn't keep me from visiting again, I would have appreciated these things since I spent majority of my time in the room.

Excellent location for concerts at Spartanburg Auditorium. Bar was open late and had a great atmosphere. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Room needs some TLC. Floor molding was coming off the wall. Shower pull up still allowed a tremendous amount of water to come out of the spout filling the bottom of the tub with water while showering.

Loved the room, loved the size of the room, loved how updated the hotel was, loved the location, I loved the bar and the breakfast buffet.

I did not like the down pillows, they constantly went flat and they didn't support me at all. The comforter was flat and not very cozy. The couch was sunken in the middle and uncomfortable ro sit on to watch television

We enjoyed the location, staff, and the amenities . I will let friends and family know the quality of your hotel. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

Everything was great. Nothing negative.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent.

There was a little maintenance and updating needed in the rooms and vending/ice areas. The food was really good, but drinks and food were pricey. We thought there was room service available, but it was not when we were there.
