It is a fairly new place and very convenient to the expressway and various restaurant. Seating for breakfast was good. The staff was very good.

I didn't like that there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. They had a coffee station in the lobby but I don't want to go there when I first get up & have to dress to get coffee. I don 't go places in pajamas or a robe. There was one desk chair or sit on the bed. The rod above the frig would do for one night but more than that maybe not. It seemed a little stark.

The guy at the front desk acting extremely overwhelmed as soon as I (the only person at the desk) walked in. He did this to several people that I witnessed with something just as simple as someone getting a drink. He kept mentioning that he was the only one there and we needed to be patient but no one was comparing. It got the point where I had to turn around see if there was a line behind me. I’m an easy going person but for someone who isn’t it will be an issue.

The property was very clean inside and out, the entire staff was great (all shifts)! The lobby is set up to congregate with family and new friends with a central 24/7 coffee bar, a pool table and comfy lounge. It was very clean and the rooms were accommodating. It really did feel like home away from home.

There was not anything that I did not particularly like, it was nice enough I came back another night and brought some family members.

I liked that it was close to most restaurants shopping centers and of course the sports/events center.

I didn’t like that when we got back from playing volleyball all day that the lobby was full of people having a party/drinking and I really don’t think that all them people were staying at the hotel. Because when we woke up the parking lot was empty. Thank goodness I couldn’t hear anything once I got to our floor/room.

I kept getting texts to go to the office to show Id before I can get my room key. Got there about an hour and a half early and was told to come in at check in time but then watched others get checked in about an hour early. Also girl at desk after midnight on new years eve didn't acknowledge any guests walking in and just stared at her phone and ignored us.

The facilities were clean and updated. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good with selections.

The Pillows are VERY flat and uncomfortable. I received some incorrect information from the staff member who checked me in which caused an unneeded mix up with room situation.

Located in a great area. Staff were great! Room was nice and very clean. Shopping and restaurants all around. Internet worked great. They had a free hydration station with ice and water. Several choices for the free breakfast. Huge lobby with tons of tables.

the air conditioner in the room sounded like a jet engine every time it came on, and the emergency light on the wall was flashing every 5-10 seconds making a bright light in a very dark room. breakfast was also pretty underwhelming

it was very nice and modern. there was a good breakfast and lots of places to sit and read/study/socialize. had a pool table in the lobby. saw the exercise room but didn’t use it. the beds were firm (which I liked) but not so firm to not be comfortable. there was no carpet in the room which was a plus for those of us with allergies. the staff was awesome, friendly, and very personable. there were places outside to sit and enjoy the weather. it was close to fast food and family restaurants. shopping was available nearby. Applebee’s and Taco Bell were both within walking distance of hotel.

Although it was very modern, the room was extremely small. in my opinion, not worth the $185 a night price. there was no coffee in the room, even though there was a small refrigerator. We did hear our neighbors talking through the walls.

It is located near a lot of shops and a Starbucks's in Ingles a grocery. It doesn’t really have scenery but it was clean and the staff was nice.
