Place was very clean, decorations in room and surroundings where very nice , rugs in corridors where clean also in rooms , sinks, bathtubs toilets, where clean , bed was comfortable and had clean sheets , the room was modern The staff was professional , the breakfast was good had hot breakfast , eggs, sausage, potatoes,biscuits and sausage gravy for the biscuits. There was a lady that was always keeping the kitchen very clean , she did a great job of it . Overall a great to stay.

Very quiet and convenient spot. Food spots and convenience stores were on deck. Walking, driving, or delivery were on point. Hotel was in a nice cozy area. Really easy to convert.

What's not to like about everything a person need all in one spot. I mean nice spot. Even if I had to drive a few extra minutes to other places. It's just nothing that I could say about nothing I didn't like. The hotel was on point.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well maintained.

Not quite as good as breakfast at other best Western I've stayed at. The biscuits were extremely hard, could not cut them at all with the plastic knives given. The location is a bit noisy, this is the second time we've stayed here and both times a truck was parked right outside our window with engine running all night.

I loved our stay! Every member of the staff I encountered from front desk to the cleaning staff were nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy, We enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast and it tasted great, The pool is a decent size and was perfect for our family and other guests. Finally, we were 10 to 25 minutes from everything we wanted to do over the weekend and a walkable distance to the store.

There is only one elevator and it jolts just a bit when it begins to lift.

The place was nice. Comfy beds, clean room, and excellent water pressure in the shower.

Hidden fees! 25 for pets which was taxed. $150 deposit on my card and a $50 hold on my fiancé's card for pet fee also!!!!

Downtown was very enjoyable, ran into the Cribb's 9th annual burger cook-off which was a delicious and a delightful surprise - we were in for Total Death Fest at Ground Zero the night before which was well worth the drive from VA, but would visit the area again just for the burgers.

The quiet, mid-morning walk "alone" downtown was very pleasant and peaceful so I can't really say we didn't like it necessarily, but its definitely something you'd have to get used to, nothing really opened until almost midday.

for our purposes. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. there were multiple options for breakfast.

The building was U-shaped, and only one elevator. There were options to cut across, which is good, we use the steps, but if you need an elevator, get a room on the first floor. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were quite bland, but they did provide some salsa and hot sauce to spice it up a bit. I don’t have many negatives about this hotel!

Value for the accommodation.

Outdated features that are currently under renovation. Breakfast was not bad but not great. Mattresses seem a bit too worn in for comfort, but are ok for the price of stay.

As requested I got top floor room. Room had sliding door to open! Room with balcony. Just great! Breakfast with bacon snd eggs! Good coffee and others such as cereal and snacks!
