The overall experience was good. I felt like the carpet on my floor could have been cleaned before you allowed guest in. Im a bg girl so i felt like The bathroom shower was too small. The trash cans were too small. I like to eat in my room and I had to leave my trash on table because it wouldn't fit in the trash can. And I was the first to use the new room, I had to take the plastic out of the refrigerator. But other than that it was good. I would go back. This is for you. To make changes, not to Keep other guest from staying. Just little things people don't think about.

In comments above. Oh. I didn't like the dog friendly atmosphere. I'm not afraid of dogs, but I don't like them around me either. Dog people should be on their own floor

The room was very clean and comfortable bed! The front desk agent was extremely nice at check in and helpful.

Due to construction there were not a lot of breakfast options...we were told we could go next door and have breakfast for $10. My husband wanted a cup of orange juice at checkout and was told they were out of juice and told he could purchase 1 for $3. Seemed a little inconveniencing and there was no mention of construction or a full breakfast not being available. When you u pay for a room you want the full amenities stated.

The front desk staff were very courteous.

The housekeeping staff, started knocking on the door (very loudly) at 9 am. I yelled through the door that we were not ready for check-out. They came back again around 10 am ( my daughter was still sleeping and they were knocking very loudly again). I did not see a do not disturb sign in the room. This just appeared to be very rude and I felt like we were being rushed out of our room, so that they could clean.

Room was very nice and clean.

Need vending machines for guest to at least get a soda. The little snack area by the desk did not have soda all weekend. Only had beer or energy drinks. Clerk at the front desk didn’t even want to give us a water. Even offered to buy it. Our party had 3 people but she would only give us 1.

The location and quiet. We love the walk in showers and new lounge/breakfast area.

Requested first or second floor. There weren't any king rooms available there when we arrived. We stayed on the third floor which didn't agree with my Mennier's Disease. I will be calling directly to the Hampton in the future. The staff is always friendly and they work hard to take care of everyone.

Location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great- lots of choices. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I felt safe.

Lots of added fees and taxes, so the $125.00 turned into $141.00. I was one person sleeping there as I was only in town for a funeral. Seems expensive.

We loved the staff. So warm and welcoming. Our room this time. . The carpet needs to be cleaned. The kids feet was black from the carpet. And Saturday night the front desk told us to het out of pool around 8. Said it was lighting but a cloud in the sky. We never seen it once. But we will be back. We love it here overall. The guy who does breakfast is so welcoming.

The carpet in 404 was really bad. And staff closing pool .

The staff was the friendliest I have ever seen at a hotel, both at the counter, and support staff. They really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast especially, better than Cracker Barrel.

Parking was a challenge with a U haul and trailer.

We have stayed at this local several times over the last three years, and have always enjoyed it and appreciated the great service and amenities, but this time around we got to experience the upgrades and renovations that have been done. It was truly a pleasure!

It was all good. No complaints!

John, the breakfast attendant is amazing. He even remembered us from our last stay! Being in the Food and Beverage industry myself, something like this is extremely important to me and leaves a lasting impression.

We basically loved everything. The renovations look great!
