We really enjoyed the proximity to everything and the friendly staff member who checked us in. She was so nice and very sweet. I wish I remembered her name. The rooms were clean. The free breakfast bar was good and lots of menu items to choose from.

The pool looked small, and old. The chlorine was not your typical chlorine smell. But I did see some families enjoying the indoor feature with the kids. The typical noises from the parking lot, which the room faced. And there were some hallway noises.

The breakfast had a wonderful variety of food. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was great! I was able to purchase chips and wine, without having to leave the hotel [again]. Thank you.

The only thing that I didn't like was kids were running up and down the hallway last night (woke me up, but I understand that is out of the hotel's control). The biscuits at breakfast were hard.

Best hotel ever. Everything was so great from checking in, staff so helpful and courteous, hotel cleanliness was 100%. Definitely the best hotel for cleanliness and staff professionalism we have ever stayed in and we have been travelling to the USA for vacation the last 30 years are were very impressed with the hotel. This has been our first time in Spartangan but definitely not our last.

Sparkling clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, friendly and charming staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay great. I was exhausted after long travels, and kudos to staff member Cory who arranged a late checkout for me so I could get back on the road rested and restored. One of the kindest, most thoughtful places I have stayed in a 3,000 mile road trip.

The location was great. The breakfast was pretty good. Although I thought that they should have had instant grits available as well since they had oatmeal available. The internet was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was wonderful as well.

The TV's in the room were rather small (43" maybe) but they worked just fine. The only problem we had with the stay was that construction was going which was noisy at times. However, considering that the hotel was renovating, it was actually a good thing for the long run.

Location allowed for easy access from roadway, while being in a quieter area, better than more congested areas, though not as convenient to our destination.

Elevators a bit slow, shakiness at stop, one out of order during stay; need some maintenance attention.

The hotel is under construction/renovation however it was still clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They had overbooked but gave us an upgrade and discounted the room. The indoor pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items.

The noise in the hallway during the night. We were woken up around 230am by kids running, laughing and playing ball in the hallway. If they have staff on 3rd shift they should have stopped this.

Exactly as described. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean, crisp linens and quiet. Breakfast was okay, but it’s free! It looked fresh and was abundant, no line. Check out was very easy, just drop your card in the box. Would definitely stay there again.

Maybe beef up breakfast.

Not able to change my reservation. Originally we were booked Dec 3 through Dec 9. I tried to change from Dec 3 through Dec 8. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel would allow the change. Never using Booking.com again.

Traveling alone. I felt secure in my choice to stay at your hotel. The staff was professional, but also engaging and more that helpful. I ordered a pizza to be delivered, but was not comfortable having it delivered to my room. No problem. Delivered to desk and was called when it arrived. Special thanks to Michael at front desk. Absolutely a great addition to your staff!

Bar service with evening snacks would have been a plus.
