Location was convenient - close to I85. The employees were friendly and helpful. I was there for my granddaughter's wedding and the staff allowed the wedding party to use my room to get ready for the wedding since none of them had any power - therefore not hot water, lights, or AC. The staff was wonderful!

It is probably not fair for me to rate this hotel because I was there during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The hotel was full of people who were staying there for "Extended Amount of Time" and had recently been told that they were not going to be working for the next 4 or 5 days due to power outages, etc. Unfortunately they were mostly outside and partying till late in the night. The hotel had electricity but no Cable - so there was nothing to do except visit with each other. The night supervisor was very nice and did go out and talk to them - they were compliant and quieted down. But, it was the same again the next night.

Our floor had strange smell. Like someone smoking pot in their room and trying to cover it up down the hall way. All rooms were non smoking.

Room and common areas were clean and the staff was pleasant. Dishes were available at the desk. Full size fridge is a plus. Parking lot was well lit and is a quiet area. Parking lot does have one EV charging station

Beds were hard. Shower head spray style was not great.

Very very clean, fresh facilities. The staff was very helpful and got us anything we needed. Everyone was so nice, 10/10 will be staying again soon.

Literally the only thing that was odd to me was our bathroom door didn’t fully shut/lock simply because the bottom hinge was loose. If this is my only problem my trip was awesome!

Overall it was a great experience. Really liked full size fridge and cook top. Not to mention the complementary dishes. I am a very busy person not much for working 12 hours and having to fight traffic to get something unhealthy to eat.

Adding another night was painful.

Location was great, room was clean and spacious. Really appreciate that there was a fan vent in the bathroom. Definitely coming back.

I like that the rooms are not carpeted but I don't like that the sound bounces around much easier because of it. And you can hear your neighbors.

Very clean and well maintained

no hair dryer and free continental breakfast had only coffee, pre-cooked boiled eggs, oatmeal and granola bars. No juice for my daughter and really not foods that I would eat for breakfast

Close to the ball park 8 mins away Clean Staff was friendly

Water pressure was awful in our room hard to even shower. Beds are hard Loud!!!!! People were running up and down the hallways and stomping above us.

Clean ! Large rooms with kitchenette including large refrigerator. Great location. Helpful staff.

No hair dryer.Bar soap. Shampoo but no conditioner.

Love how close it is to my daughter’s softball tournaments!

Love staying here. It’s the 2nd time we have stayed here. Clean and friendly staff.
