the hotel was clean and the staff freindley

The people in the room next to mine were very rude and annoying people, and they were banging on the door at three o'clock in the morning. I had to call the reception to tell them about the disturbance, and the employee went up to tell them why the disturbance was happening, and the problem was solved, but the residents were not polite. They were cursing and shouting at each other. There was no respect for the other residents.

I only stayed for a little while, but the service was quick when needed and with plenty of space for two. This is my first hotel stay, ever, and I didn't realize just how much those are. However, comparing this to prices at other spots around the same area, this is more than worth the money if you have a spare 100 and want to settle down somewhere extremely comfortable. Had I not needed to be elsewhere, I would've stayed for longer. Plus, they allow people who are at least 18! It's a big win for college travelers passing through Duncan, S.C. during holidays.

Breakfast was good and the area was clean. Everyone was nice and they had a smile on their face. Everything was clean and the room was amazing and stocked with towels and washcloths!

Ms Tammy and Ms Nicole at the front desk are absolutely wonderful! They both deserve a raise in pay please. We were here for a volleyball tournament and would stay here again and again ! thanks Microtel

Nice location , clean and the staff is just so nice

The property is well located around everything.restaurants, shopping area. Also very peaceful with lots of trees around.

Convenient to Tyger River Sports Complex and restaurants. Well priced and very clean. Friendly staff.

No elevator (I know only two stories, but we always have lots of gear. )

Location is basically right on the main road. A lot of restaurants (fast food) are within walking distance. Beds are super comfortable, feels like sleeping on a cloud.

Not much I didn't like. If I had to name something I would say the breakfast selection could be a little better. Other than that I definitely would stay there again.

Quiet and not a lot of foot traffic.

The walls are a little thin, and I heard whoever was beside snoring until I fell asleep.

The location is perfect for what I need. The rooms are small but clean and work for sleeping and doing a little bit of work. Nice desk area in each room.

The breakfast is the minimum. Not much to choose from. But for the price it is an adequate breakfast.
