Bed was comfortable and room was very clean

I didn't like the fact that I was told on the phone there was a $75 nonrefundable pet deposit. But I found out later it was $50. That is much too high. Most hotels charge a fee per night of $25-35 dollars. Which is fine for just a one night stay. Maybe employees need to give out the correct information. And possibly lower the fee for having your pet being with you. Because of being given the wrong information I had to be the night without my therapy pet. And she had to stay with family.

I liked the location as it was not far from the BMW Academy, and close to the interstate, but not so close that traffic noise was an issue.

The only thing I would change perhaps is the motion activated thermostat. While sleeping and not moving the AC would turn off and the room would heat up.

It was super clean, comfy beds and super nice staff

The price couldve been a little cheaper considering the location. Not much entertainment in the town where it was located for such a high price.

I really enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The breakfast attendant was very nice and friendly. The front desk clerks were very courteous and helpful. The biggest issue was when the cable tv went out in the hotel for over 2 hours because there was an issue in the entire area, not just the hotel.

The remote to my tv did not work, so the front desk issued me another one. The second remote would not turn off the tv though, so the tv stayed on my entire stay.

We often stay here when we’re in town and the experience is pretty consistent. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is on an odd sort of frontage road, but it’s in a great location close to the highway, gas stations and places to grab a meal.

Everything at this location was great! Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. The room was clean and very nice!

Our only complaint was the indoor pool was freezing cold and not heated at all

Most everything was good.

The road getting to the property sucked. Located behind a truck stop where 80k lb loads use the same road is not good.

Staff was accommodating and put us in a nice, quiet room. Room was clean and neat.

We arrived late and had to wait while lengthy property explanations were given to each person on repeat. A streamlined version would be better.

The desk clerk did try to help me find another place with an airport shuttle after i realized I made a mistake on booking. I appreciated that, even though she couldn't find an alternative for me.

My mistake - the property didn't have an airport shuttle (we had called the wrong Holiday Inn Express to ask). I had to take a Lyft to get to the airport.

The beds are super comfortable!! Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent!!! Will definitely stay again!!!!

Everything was great besides the smell of the pool chemicals in that area.
