Without exception, every staff person was exceptional. Friendly, professional, focused on making our experience top notch. Huge thanks to everyone we interacted with! I really appreciated having my requested accommodation acknowledged and honored as we checked in. This was a BIG DEAL for me!! Parking was convenient, accessibility to services also really great. The coffee was available and really good. The breakfast bar looked/smelled yummy but we had plans elsewhere.

Oh gosh- that mattress! The top of mattress was lower than foot of mattress (?). Felt lumpy also :/ We are assuming it’s an anomaly and we don’t consider it a deterrent to booking a next time.

We booked this hotel while on the road, needing a place to pull off for the evening and were so happy to find a clean, quiet, wonderful hotel. The property was busy since it was a Saturday evening - with sports teams and other groups - but it was quiet and not hectic at all when we checked in. Jennifer greeted us with a warm smile and welcome and it was so nice after a long day with some travel issues. So often we arrived at other hotels to front desk staff that seemed pained to have to speak with customers and this was such a great change! Customer service still goes a long way today! Breakfast was well stocked and tasty the next morning as well. The room was clean and spotless, like the rest of the hotel. The area felt safe & secure, too.

The only thing that would've made it better were an open pool, but we got there too late to probably enjoy anyway.

Location was good. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. There was a massive gap at the door, can easily see inside to the room from outside or vice versa - brought to staff's attention and they offered a new room. Love the semi sheer window covers. Brings in natural lighting from outside but keeps your privacy - creates a very cozy atmosphere.

Room size was perfects. Bed was comfortable.. Room was clean. Employees was friendly. Great location.

The breakfast bar. Very limited on items, although the staff kept it very well stocked. Coffee was cold. It would be nice to have a really coffee maker and not the thermos type dispensers. Although it was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower it was not in a dispenser that fastened to the shower walls, it was just bottles sitting on the shower shelf. The lighting was lacking in the bedroom area. I was trying to iron clothing and there wasnt enough to really see like I like to when ironing.

breakfast selection and quality were good. location is good. overall value is vey good.

final charge was slightly different from price set at booking. the amount was small, less than two dollars, but, when i book at a stated price i expect to pay that price.

Super clean, safe, friendly attentive staff comfortable and affordable. The gym was beautiful and the overall room I stayed in was amazing. Comfy beds. Esthetically pleasing.

There was a misunderstanding about my booking and I got charged twice. But the front desk was very helpful and made sure to handle the situation.

The breakfast, the oatmeal was almost cold. No varieties. Only cheese omelets, I don't eat cheese, they had bacon which i don't eat. I was only able to eat bagels for breakfast. Other places have menus & they make your food fresh according to your spec. That is the only thing I didn't like.

The property is centrally located to everything we needed. The staff was amazing! Breakfast is great!!

We had a little trouble at check in but staff quickly fixed everything and made everything right!

The hotel was nice and bed was comfortable. Location was nice as well. Close to alot of restaurant and activities.

I know this is minor but the pillows could have been firmer. Just too soft so bring your own
