Beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows as well. Night check in was on top of things even though my arrival was very late.

Booking indicated a pull out sofa. There wasn’t one. It really didn’t matter for our purposes, though someone may need to edit the booking.com information.

We had an issue getting into our room. Not only did they give me new room keys, they escorted me back to our room to make sure it opened and he inspected the door and saw the problem. The bed was so comfortable. I don't sleep very well, but here I was able to get a little more than 4 straight hours. It was so peaceful and pleasant.

I wish we could have stayed another night to really explore the beautiful area and all there is to see.

Comfortable bed, high water pressure in the shower, lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms. I'm planning to come back when my family does this trip again.

The only issue I had was that I had issues getting into the room and had to go back to the front desk twice to get into the room.

Free parking-size of room-easy access to everything?!

No gas stations close by-the beds are a little close to the wall making it difficult to get between the wall and cooling units

Convenient to Costco, restaurants and easy access to major roads/highways. Good internet connectivity and free laundry was HUGE.

Another guest in laundry was rude/surly…other than that…loved the hotel/staff.

Good location for food and shopping, but the traffic is a nightmare around rush hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. .

The rooms are pretty good, except mine was not cleaned very well when I showed up. However, the staff was awesome and fixed the issue quickly

The Only thing I did not like was the room did not have a microwave. It was extremely inconvenient to stay at a hotel without full service and not have a microwave in the room. That means I had to leave my room to heat my coffee and food. That was somewhat annoying and took away from the comfort of my stay. If a hotel is not full service the room should have a microwave. This is especially true with children. This means if people with children stay at your hotel the children would have to leave the room to warm food and drinks.

I actually didn't eat breakfast. Got up to late. I really enjoyed my stay the hotel stuff were very pleasant and helpful, and the pool was awesome!!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Other travelers in and out of their rooms letting the doors slam each time. I think that the hotel staff should definitely mention to travelers to be conscious of other travelers. Remind them that they are not the only people in hotel. Also I don't think dogs should be allowed in ANY hotel especially in ,and on the beds.

Breakfast was none existent. For the price I expected better. But the downtown area of greenville made me forget.
