Clean.

For a seven day stay, I only received two towels, two washcloths and two hand towels. AC was off in the room. Sure it was hot when I first got there. The staff there seemed like they was more interested in their personal lives than any of your needs. There was always outside smoking and talking on their phones or inside sitting at a table with each other . Seems to be talking about their own business. Every time you walked by them it was almost like they was looking down on you. There was one Lady that was very very nice. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

I have stayed here several times and have been satisfied with the accommodations. The room and bathroom are always clean. The bed, sheets, and pillows are super soft. There are more than enough chargers for devices!

The restaurant was not open. I had to walk to the nearest restaurant, in the dark. And, it was very, very cold and windy!! The person, at the front desk, suggested that I walk because if I drove I would have to go ten miles, or more, to get back to the hotel. It would have been nice to know that the restaurant was not going to be open when I checked in.

The staff was exceptional & addressed any issues right away. Our room was excellent & pretty comfortable. Our air conditioner wasn’t working properly, but I was able to get it to cool & notified the front desk staff & she said she would notify their maintenance team & check it out.

For the price we were paying, we were pretty discouraged with their morning continental breakfast offer. After we were finished, my wife found out from the front desk staff that we could have asked for hot/griddle items. We had no idea!!! The bar was totally & completely set up as a continental breakfast offering.

The location was good for our needs. Parking was well lit. Staff was very friendly.

only option was an onsite restaurant and not a large menu in the restauant...only offered toast, no biscuits, or muffins, only potatoes, no grits or fruit for sides. And there were only 4 keurig pods in the rooms ...which the machine in ours wasn't working. There was no coffee offered in the lobby, only water. I lilke to get up earlier than my spouse and have a cup of coffee without distrubing her. Well, this was not possible at this location. We got a little tired of hearing only reggae music in the lobby area as we ended up spending most of the afternoon there due to a change of plans.

The staff was very professional and helpful. I was slow finding my card key to enter the front door, but the third shift clerk was always one step ahead with a friendly smile or a kind word. My stay here was comfortable and I will definitely recommend to others. I would definitely book here again in the future if I'm seeking a clean, friendly, safe room in Greenville. Thanks for making my birthday weekend memorable.

If I had any regrets it was not spending more time enjoying that extremely comfortable bed!

Actually the one breakfast was ok

When I booked my room it said breakfast was included. But once I got there they said I had to pay for breakfast. The young lady at the desk was nice and gave us a card to eat one free. The I asked for a ham and cheese omelette and they put all these green peppers in it. Wasn’t pleased. Didn’t like the attitude of the Manager, I believe. Just wasn’t to friendly.

Would have rated higher if Holiday Inn monitored the floors for adult extreme noise. Next room played loud music which made resting uncomfortable. Someone overdosed in a room.😟 Police and ambulance everywhere. Person was fine after medical intervention. Screen the people!

The breakfast manager did not shop up so there was no warm food. A wonderful staff person was helpful, ALLOGISTIC and engaging Front desk issued breakfast. N O manager on a Sunday breakfast is not good practicre.

we booked a King room but we’re given a queen with no explanation until we asked and we’re told there were no king rooms available despite king rooms still showing on the website. the sink tap needed fixing and the window blind was broken. finally, despite checking in with no problem the hotel seemed to have no record of us; asked for our name and room number several times. when we checked out the hotel records showed we had already checked out. had it not been for the great staff this mixup would have caused inconvenience.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast it close grill 20 minutes before. Love it was close to shopping I will be staying my next visit.

I love staying at the hotel. The staff was great in making sure I felt comfortable. The atmosphere was very peaceful and it felt like home. I would tell everyone to stay at the hotel two-thumbs up with a smile.
