The hotel was very clean. You walked in and could SMELL the cleanliness. The room was clean and was larger than I thought it would be. Hotel staff when I checked in was very helpful and friendly. I will stay again next time I come through. This is a great hotel on a budget!

When we walked out of our room to take our dogs out, we instantly smelled the odor of marijuana in the hall. I don't know what room it was coming from, but you could clearly smell it. Also, the lawn all around the parking lot, especially on the front right hand corner was filled up with dog poop. Someone really needs to clean that up.

The cost and the location was perfect. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room didn't have an iron in it but the front desk were very resourceful and happily provided me with one. I'm big on affordability, the location being great, and cleanliness and the hotel met those expectations.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had noisy neighbors in the room above mine. Made it quiet difficult to get comfortable to sleep and rest but that doesn't reflect anything against the hotel in a negative way...it was the guest themselves.

The room was nice and spacious. It was a very quiet environment. Night-time staff were very professional and friendly.

I didn't like the response I received when I called the front desk. The bedsheets (room 422) needed cleaning, and my son did wash them. The mattress cover had dried blood on it. (Picture included) I was asked to bring it downstairs myself, and the room couldn't be changed until morning. Neither happened. I didn't bring them down, and the room wasn't changed. I recommend that in these cases, night management should have the next shift follow up with guests regarding these matters.

Convenient location, near highway but not loud. Extended stay hotel, able to set up for a half day of remote work. Exhaust fan in the bathroom, no jungle bathroom for hours. Stove top, microwave, and full sized refrigerator convenient for keeping some snacks/drinks without feeling the need to run to a restaurant every few hours.

No serious issues, just minor inconveniences. Room cleaning is only once or twice a week, room was not cleaned during stay. Cleaning wasn't an issue, but additional towels would have been nice. Paid upgraded WIFI, $13/week for "premium". No coffee maker in the room, unlimited coffee in the lobby was good enough but not like in room.

That was very friendly everybody was real cool just real nice of up beat environment.

Well I don't like the fact that my deposit still has not been released and it's roughly 8 days since I checked out on the 15th I would like to know what's going on with my money

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I felt safe in the area and the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay, will return in the future.

Sample soap, lotion and shampoo, maybe Didn't miss it, I carry my own but was, the first time seeing that not provided.

Staff was friendly, and understanding. The lady that wears the glasses was very respectful and had a smile that lit up the room. Me and my family enjoyed our stay

Everything was great

Great place for the price. Did not expect a kitchenette which was a nice surprise. Everything was clean as far as hotels go and no sign of bugs. Ended up staying an extra night just because it was clean and cheap.

Amazing staff, clean facility And overall good energy. If you gotta hike a few weeks this is the place to do it.

I wish there was a warning about the cost of pots, pans & utensils before our stay.
