There was plenty of room and open space in the room. It was warm and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was a great assortment of warm and cold options.

There wasn’t a microwave in our room so we had to use the one in the lobby. It was filled with noodles and a mess from the last person and we had to clean it first. There wasn’t any body soap in the shower dispenser and I didn’t see lotion anywhere either. At all the cheaper hotels I’ve been to they always had lotion and a microwave in the room so I was surprised to be in a nicer looking room but less amenities.

We only stayed one night, but it was exactly what we were looking for - convenient location, very spacious room, quite comfortable.

The only thing that bugs me(and it's not even that big of deal, I would totally stay here again) is the size of the bathroom. For the size of the room, the bathroom is almost comically small. It would have been nice to take 10-15 sq ft from the room and add it to the bathroom, so you can open and close the door without tripping over the toilet.

The front dest associate was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was also friendly and courteous. The only negatives were the shower pressure was too strong as water went every where and it wouldn't allow the shower head to stay in place, there wasn't a microwave unfortunately and the a/c ptac unit ran very loud and had a hard time keeping the humidity down. Recommend dusting under the beds. The place was a great stay. I value the hospitality more than anything.

The young man who welcomed me was very kind and asked about me and why I was visiting the area. He even remembered that I was having a surgical procedure the day I left and asked how I was and wished me well. He really made me feel like he cared. I enjoyed staying there and since I was alone, I liked how safe I felt.

The trashcan in the room was tiny and there was no microwave.

The room was very spacious even for our family of 6! It was very modern, clean, and well designed and styled. It was quite unique and almost more like a mini apartment than just a hotel room.

Unfortunately the bedding provided was only a sheet and basically another sheet wrapped around that. There should have been a quilt or thicker blanket provided or at least one in the closet. We ended up not sleeping well because of it.

The older black woman who works the night shift was absolutely amazing to me. It was my first time staying at this hotel and she made sure that I was comfortable and she let me know that breakfast was in the morning.

As soon as I came into my room, there was a roach in the shower. This wasn’t the best first impression, but I only seen one during my three night stay. overall my visit was exceptional.

I loved everything. Family of six, mostly children. I didn’t have to purchase a second room to meet my family’s needs. Very clean even. The breakfast at Hyatt Place is by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. The entire staff was polite and professional with a professionally neat appearance beautiful smiles. OMG! I ordered a non-smoking room and it did NOT smell like an old smoke room.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. My children asked, “Mommy, can we stay here every time we go on vacation?”

Room was spacious and clean, great location relative to Greenville without being right downtown.

Communal areas were a bit dirty.. only one elevator worked and there were crumbs on the floor, the breakfast area was also unkept and messy. We had a room with a door that connected to the next and it sounded like the people in the adjoining room were in our room with us. Had to put a towel under the door. A little upkeep to communal areas would go a long way

The room is extremely well designed for the space. Highly functional. Comfortable bed and clean/crisp sheets. Mary, the receptionist in the morning, has a wonderful personality. Loved the Kentmd shampoo, conditioner and body gel!

The shower can be a little tight. The elevator is very slow and needs some upgrades. Breakfast is good but would have loved to have hot oatmeal.

The property was minutes from downtown and close to many attractions. The room was spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was lovely. Mary at the front desk was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and she made us feel so welcome upon check in. Overall a great value for the price, will definitely stay here again.
