Cleaning staff has obviously been working hard, the room and public spaces were not just clean, but also well maintained. The night desk clerk, Moe, is an excellent representative for the company as a welcoming, friendly, and warm host.

This is a question of what I didn't like, it is more of an observation. The gym could be functionally improved with the addition of a set of dumbbells and a couple of benches; or a multifunction cable machine with a workout bench. It is completely understandable if you don't want to invest.

Everything about the hotel was very good. The only thing that I said wasn't that good. The mattress on the bed was a little too soft and there was a lot of noise at night on the expressway from the cars that was passing by. I will surely stay there again. The price was really great. The staff was really good. They didn't have a good breakfast at all. I was expecting more for breakfast. LA la the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I will surely telling my family and friends about extending stay hotel.

Never had breakfast at facility, I do not care for breakfast bars. La La was very polite and helpful, she was always professional and tried to help me with my every need.

Even for grab and go breakfast, I think more selections should be offered, such as individualy wrapped muffins, bananas or other fruit. I also think patrons should have the option of using their personal Netflix account on your t.v.'s.

I liked that it was near other stores and restaurants - very convenient. The hotel was clean and safe.

I wish the hotel offered soap & sponge for the dishes. The lady who checked us in wasn’t friendly. She was laughing with other guests but for some reason with my fiancé & I, she wasn’t pleasant. I gave the staff a 10 because she was just 1 person. the person who checked us out, the older cleaning lady & another staff member were super nice that it outweighed the first girl.

We liked EVERYTHING! The in-room kitchen was great! Was able to have full course meals when we wanted to PLUS we were close to literally everything! Highly recommend!!

The only thing was the location of the building itself. Kind of creepy lol.

The hotel is no-frills, but very clean and accommodating. Location was convenient to restaurants, grocery, Costco, and other shopping/gas stations and walkable to a few. The receptionists at check-in were very friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was basic coffee and packaged foods like granola bars, muffins, quick grits/oatmeal. The hotel is pet-friendly and the staff eagerly welcomed our new puppy as their 4-legged guest. Parking was free, easy, and plentiful.

You can easily miss the turn off the main road that takes you to the parking lot--we didn't see hotel signage on the road. Minor traffic noise could be heard in the rooms that face the main road during the brief morning and evening rush hours.

The staff was wonderful! Amber knew who I was when I first walked in, that was very impressive, love the layout of the building and how well they take care of their customers.

I really don't have anything that I didn't like, everything was great.

They were very accomodating and gave me a room earlier than expected. Also offered me a first floor room since I was traveling with a pet which was appreciated.

While the overall appearance was very clean, ie lobby and room, there was a bit of hair on the nightstand next to my bed, but that is the only small negative I saw, and they did let me check in early so housekeeping may have been a bit rushed.

We cooked our breakfast in the room.The location was great and the staff was excellent......awesome service. They catered to all of our needs and very friendly.

I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and they never feel to please me and my wife the reception gentlemen that are always at the front always smiling always helping just awesome people all around is it bad after all this time I never got there names from them lol
