Our family has stayed at this location at least 3 times. Each time we are impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the location. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable (except for the small pillows). It provides everything we need for a weekend trip.

On this particular visit, the hotel was noisy which is unusual. We did not like that pets were in the hotel which was disturbing with barking. Additionally, on this visit, we were disturbed by a crying baby above our rooms. There was a soccer team staying in the facility which made for the noisy hallways.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was real nice and clean.

The cafeteria lady, because she bumped me and didn't say excuse me, which I feel was very rude, so I didn't go back for breakfast the next morning.

The location was amazing. This was my second time at this property, and I haven’t been let down. This time was for the kids spring break, and the location was perfect. Frankie’s and Big Air are walking distance, and Dave and Busters is right down the street. The pool wasn’t open yet, but I promised my kiddos I’d take them back when it does open.

The pool wasn’t open yet, but with it not being hot yet, it wasn’t that big of a deal. No complaints.

The shower was amazing!

Our King Size bed only had 4 small pillows. I asked about larger pillows at the front desk and she said the small ones were all they had. They were in between renovation. Larger pillows were on order.

The property was clean even while there was renovations being done. The front desk was very nice and helped make our stay pleasurable. I loved the comfortable bed.

I didn’t try the breakfast because there wasn’t any grits being served.

It was a very nice hotel!

It is not family-friendly as far as bath/shower. I had to bathe my toddler in the sink as the shower is very nice for an adult, but the water pressure would be way too insane for her to handle as a 1 year old.

Great property! Close to interstate and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool as well. The breakfast was yummy! Staff very friendly and polite. Love the stay and would definitely stay here again!

Really have no complaints. One downside is the access to the pool is from outside versus from inside the hotel, but that wasn't a big deal to me.

I liked the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. I liked that a warm, cooked breakfast was included.

I did not like that there were cobwebs in the corners of the room, and there was a stain on the carpet.

The staff was super friendly, the room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the breakfast was super good, too! (plus, the breakfast is free for everyone!)

Nothing that I didn't like.

Staff is always friendly and the hotel is a great location

I've stayed here numerous times and it seems that the air conditioning never works correctly. We will turn it down to 69 and be sweating at night and someone who is always cold
