The bed was fine and the room had been updated recently. Fridge worked great, kept everything cold. Staff very friendly.

HOWEVER, the automated lights/fan the bathroom was off-putting. The SHAMPOO/BODYWASH dispenser in shower weren't used. Will anyone use a product they're not familiar with? The soap dispenser was stingy and I had to press several times before my washcloth could be used....a little too much automation. ... Where's the coffee pot?

The night manager made sure I was in a nice, safe room, took my same day reservation, addressed my concerns, and was extremely kind and helpful. The property was beautiful.

Room was neat, clean and comfortable. Good location, convenient to several major shopping and entertainment areas.

Facilities are dated and appear shabby. No elevator available. Staff could be friendlier and less occupied with their phones.

You have to use a humidity kit since the smell of humidity is the only thing that needs to be improved thanks.

Easy access to the rooms seeing as I was smoker so didn't have to go far for the smoking area.

No soap but very comfortable and clean.

The staff (from the little I saw of them on check in and out) were friendly! I generally like being left alone because I travel with my dogs- who stay free at Red Roof, which is a huge plus, and the main reason I come back! This location is really close to the interstate and main county roads, so getting around is easy. It’s also super close to a QT so if you need gas or snacks you don’t have to travel far.

The rooms were a little old and outdated. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but overall not bad!

The staff was very nice, professional, and pleasant.

It was very quiet and safe.
