The layout was great. Loved the kitchen area and appliances. Nice to have room to move around. It was clean. It was nice to eat in instead of eating out. Staff was super friendly and helpful. No issues on checking in or out.

Some utensils for cooking were badly burned, so I had to have the office replace the cooking pan. The shower was nice but the design was terrible. Water was running down the hall. Needs a longer shower curtain, the office knew this for the past 3 years but has never fixed the problem. Could have given a heads up on this issue.

We did not have breakfast at this facility. I loved the check in procedure for after hours. The communication on how to access our keys and information was well done and very convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mark was very pleasant and offered suggestions for things to do around Greenville during our stay. My son's locked themselves out of there room one night after midnight and a lovely young lady from your staff who was on call for emergency issues came down and got us taken care if. She was pleasant and showed no discust or attitude for having to help us out during the late hour. Props to her.

Couple of things. I think your tub/shower combination needs to be modernized. Maybe to just a walk in shower with a bench. The step over the tub could be difficult for older people. Plus the ceiling height in the bathroom when standing in the shower was very short. Again just a more modern design is needed. Would like to see a pool design included in the atrium area.

The manger is very friendly and hands on. Someone even texted me on check in day to let me know my room was ready if I needed early check in. The property is very clean, quiet and the rooms are very spacious like a one bedroom apartment.

I’m not crazy about the front parking lot but there is a larger parking lot in the back.

I have stayed at 21 hotels in this area over the last year and this is the best one so far. There is usually at least a few things I can find that I dislike but not here. The room was very nice and the property was exceptionally maintained. Very quiet. No problems with checkout.

The walls were a little thin but not a problem.

Very spacious, clean, kitchenette with full size fridge....truly a small apartment!!

Coffee machine at the front desk was inoperable. A safety concern is that even though the sliding glass entrance door is keyed, one simply has to wait for anyone to enter or exit and step to the door before it completely closes to have it automatically reopen and allow the person to gain entry.

Breakfast? Didn’t know there was any? Room was fantastic! Truly perfect for a family traveling for high level sports. Was able to cook and work while in town for ninja competition. Needs liquid dish soap, sponge and paper towels. Had a tough time coordinating with staff because we got in late and left early, but they were helpful when we did see them. Fire pit and grill are amazing to have there!

Longer office hours. Need dish soap, paper towels, sponge in room. Wifi wasn’t activated first night with late check in so I had a rough time checking in for early morning emails/calls from work

The location was great. They are pet friendly, and there was a spot to park my motorcycle trailer. The rooms were super clean and had all of the appliances and utensils needed. These mini apartments are great, and we will definitely come back next time we visit the area.

Location was great - easy access to everywhere in Greenville.

Nice hardwood floors but without rugs or carpet - except in the bedroom - it was loud inside, everything echoed. Rooms were well lighted but the very bright LED bulbs cast a strong and unpleasant glare. A couple of dimmers or softer bulbs would make a huge difference in comfort level.

I love the kitchen and living room setup, it was very clean very modern up-to-date, I love the bathroom set up it was big, and it was clean and it had the extender for the shower, it was a really really Pleasant and comfortable stay.

I did not like the bed, there is only a mattress, no box spring, but I would still recommend this hotel because of is cleanliness.

It was clean and enjoyed the full kitchen and separate bedroom

It wasn’t anything about the property it was some of the guest the night of the ballgame… they were above us laughing, talking loud and in the hallway pushing someone in the desk chair until 2 AM or longer
