It was clean and close to everything. Staff were friendly and I slept amazing. Breakfast was decent.

When we stayed there were very few guests and it was just myself and my husband. They put us next to a room with a couple and an infant and toddler. I was sound asleep and woke up to the toddler banging on our adjoining door and screaming his head off. Mind you I love kids and I totally understand how small children are and I understand the hotel wanting to keep the guest in one area/wing of the hotel for it being easier on housekeeping but jeez why put us right next to that. I did go to the front desk and asked to switch rooms because we stayed two nights. They were very accommodating and put us at the other end of the hall and there were no further issues.

Location, clean, room size was amazing

The entire hallway and elevators constantly reeked of Marijuana smoke. The breakfast area tried to enforce that we were not allowed to take food outside of the breakfast area, but we were not there on leasure. Instead headed to dance competition, so taking food that was part of what we paid for and shouldn't have been frowned upon especially so if the breakfast area was full with no where to sit to eat there. Honestly if the breakfast is part of our stay, if I wanted to return to my room with my breakfast to eat, it shouldn't be an issue!!! If it is, just don't offer breakfast & lower your rate.

Toilet paper holder was slightly dislodged from the wall. On the last night, cops were accompanying a man via the elevator. The yogurt in the breakfast seemed off brand, would have been nice to have regular brand name yogurt (the taste was different)

Spacious room. Good view. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast.

A few drawbacks were the loveseat in our room (306) being wider than the wall behind it thus blocking some of the sink area (a wide chair would fit better). Also need more shelf space inside the shower preferably on the wall opposite from the faucet. The toilet paper roll holder was the wrong size.

I like the staff. They were friendly and helpful. Having a warm breakfast was great! I did like having a microwave and mini Frig in the room. I did enjoy the location because we were near the Malls.

We past the Sleep Inn because the outside sign land mark wasn't there. One of the light fixture wasn't working. The towels and face clothes were rough enough to scrape your skin off. I realize this isn't 5 star resort but can you please work on that. The paint job in our room was poorly done. The carpets need to be redone. The property needs an upgrade.

Check-in was simple and Antonie was awesome, very friendly, and knowledgeable. This hotel was so very close to everything that I needed for the weekend. I had to hit Krispy Kreme up before I left since it was right across the street

No complaints at all

Good staff, clean comfortable room & good complimentary breakfast. The location was very near to where I had business to attend.

There was a small water leak that occurred on my room's ceiling from the room above mine at the bathroom entrance & because the hotel was completely booked, I was unable to be transferred to another room. Luckily, the leak on lasted about 20 minutes & wasn't in an area that would have made it impossible to remain in the room. However, on my inspection of the ceiling I could tell that the hotel had had problems with the ceiling leaking on several occasions before my stay. There are no restaurants in close proximity to this hotel.

Everything was clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice selection of TV channels. Continental breakfast was good as always. Staff was polite and courteous.

Not sure what could be done about it, but the noise from the traffic in my 3rd story room at night was awful. It wasn't an issue in previous stays, but those rooms were on the ground floor set away from the road.

Even though the inn has been around for a couple of decades or more, it feels up to date and in good condition. This is an excellent location for my purposes.

The higher parts of the room had not been well cleaned. There were obvious cobwebs hanging from the ceiling area. The sound insulation could be better. It was easy to hear TVs from other rooms when we were trying to sleep.

The staff was very nice & helpful. Whatever I needed they were able to assist me.

Nothing. I didn’t have any problems at all. Therefore I don’t have any negative things to say about the hotel.
