The location was great, right at the end of Main Street downtown. We were able to park & walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious and clean (couple of water spots on surfaces). Was able to check in when I got there a little bit earlier. Katelyn was so nice. Breakfast spread was nice, lots of options

I think the property needs some soundproofing done. I was awakened several times from a couple’s “activity”. Also I’d advise people not to try to get your car from valet right at check out time because everyone else is. Valet seems to be a little unorganized and short staffed. I gave my ticket before several others including my friend that was traveling with me but I got my car last.

The location was very convenient to the downtown area. We were able to park our vehicle and walk to shops and restaurants over the weekend.

The room was clean but I noticed some stray dog hairs and areas that just needed a little more attention. There were spots on the bathroom door that looked like some sort of sauce or juice. The room had a pet odor and I had to spray and wipe down the room to freshen it up.

Seamless check in. Friendly, knowledgeable , and helpful staff. Lobby and main halls were clean, modern, and well furnished. Fantastic location! A little out of the way, but not out of the way. .2-.5 mile walk puts you right in the heart of everything! Felt quiet and safe. Valet was efficient.

First room we got had a bad smell. Cant tell if it was coming from the Air conditioner or the Carpet. Staff had no problem changing our room. Breakfast closed a little early on our check out day. 9am. It felt as if this was not their normal closing time, but no explanation or at least apology was given. Small thing, but i kinda wanted my waffle! LOL Also, be aware there is no other option for parking but the 18$ a day Valet. They did the best they could but can get a little traffic logged during busy times!

The establishment was in great location of downtown and walking distance to most everything. Staff was excellent and so friendly.

Parking lot is extremely small. Thank goodness for valet parking. Some minor construction across the street. I received a quiet room, which was great! However, when looking out the window and saw the an historic cemetery that explained it all. Not exactly what a couples retreat would like to view.

Location is excellent - Main Street is very walkable, lots of restaurants and pubs, lovely walk down to the Falls Park. The area is clean and safe. Many restaurants downtown close at 9:00 so plan accordingly.

As others have mentioned breakfast closes at 9:00am which is earlier than most Hilton properties. But since this property is set up for longer stays and rooms have a kitchenette perhaps many people have groceries and eat in their rooms.

I absolutely loved your manager that was on duty the first night we stayed. I can't remember her name but she was awesome. Even tho they where struggling with getting us checked in because of the new system yall adopted and failed to really train them on. She was able to call another hotel that was also using that system and she told her what to do to fix it. Yall should have a help line for your people to call if they don't know how to fix a IT problem. Because it took her forever to get it figured out which cause the guess behind us that won't raised right to have a attitude and be ugly and she didn't deserve that. She did great an gave us free wine to make up for it.

The breakfast was just not the best!! I have stayed at quite a few hotels. And this was one of the least satisfying breakfasts I have had at a hotel. There was not much options and everything just seemed dingy and all the bread products felt hard or stale. And the juice like orange juice and apple juice tasted like colored water but worst. It was terrible so we had to buy a drink. Breakfast is the one thing that yall could definitely do better with!! Everything else was pretty good!!

Location is perfect to be able to experience downtown The pool is very nice and with all the foliage around, the staff kept it very clean Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff worked nonstop to keep everything stocked and clean A wonderful variety of choices for breakfast

We were in room 102. GREAT location but the mattress and pillows have seen better days. We did not say anything to the staff because we loved where the room was located.

The room was nice. I liked that the curtain split up the sleeping and living area. Loved that it had a small kitchenette. Most hotels don't have freezers so that was nice. Great location to walk downtown. Staff was friendly.

Room 229 has an odor. We couldn't pinpoint what it was or exact location. But it was near the beds. Smelled kinda like a sewer. It'd be nice if breakfast was available until 10am through the weekday.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. The location was also a huge plus—it was great being able to walk to so many different restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast was better than expected, the cleanliness of the property was wonderful. The outdoor grill area was nice.

The bed was very firm(I actually prefer a little firm bed) but I didn’t sleep because it was very uncomfortable. The couch in the room was also uncomfortable.
