Location was great. Apartment was very clean and had ample space. The bed was super comfortable. Would stay here again.

You have to reserve parking and when I went to do so, there were no spots available. When I called the management co, they had no other options. Luckily, I was able to do a google search and parked right across the street at the Embassy's parking garage for $7/night. This was inexpensive and convenient. I feel it would be easy information for the management company to have since parking at the building is not a given. This was not something I anticipated when I booked. I also was not a fan of having to scan my driver's license online to check in. I was crossing my fingers that it wasn't a scam, but it turned out fine.

The apartment is a couple of blocks away from the Greenville Liberty Bridge and the beautifully developed Falls Park on the Reedy - don't miss taking a nice long walk there. This river walk area is incredibly well done and there are beautiful sights to be discovered (don't miss the Cancer Survivors part of it). The neighborhook also has lots of restaurant choices and many fun shops to explore. The apartment itself is a typical "big hotel chain" setup, but nice enough. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer appreciated.

Kitchens in these kinds of apartments are just way too big, most of the cabinets are empty :) The air conditioning unit is in the room and rather loud.

Although there were quick responses to needs and concerns - your calls are routed to an offsite service center - and even though you provide your name and room number, the hurdles you must go through to establish your identity are way too time consuming for an onsite stay. Door code key pad VERY confusing. When we checked in, fortunately there was a staff member to help. We then assited other guests later on. It was a common for others to say when encounterring other guests at the door that the system was "nuts", "impossible to understand" and "foolish"

We are here from out of town because my husband is having surgery. The location is perfect, only 10 mins away from the hospital, and the traffic is not bad at all. It is me and my mother in law and we are able to walk around and explore the Riverwalk area when we are here. It is safe and fun. The apartment is very well kept and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. The only thing is my room has lots of outside light coming in at night from the street. There is a blind in the window but could use a black out curtain. That is the only thing. Other than that, it is perfect.

The only thing is the window in my room. Let's a lot of nighttime light from the street and buildings shine in. It could really use a black out curtain for people who like their room dark. It does have a blind but that's not enough to keep the lights out.

This property was in walking distance of parks, shopping, and restaurants. Parking and building access were easy. We felt so relaxed and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood both in the day and the evening. Was in town to visit family; and this experience was absolutely perfect for our personal needs.

Upstairs (no fault of owners) there was a little person that kept banging his toy on the floor. I have children but I really disliked 'this one'.

The location was fantastic for access to all that Downtown Greenville has to offer. The space was comfortable and felt quite spacious considering the square footage.

The only down side was parking on Fri evening was tricky. The lot fills quickly and I had to circle the lot quite a few times waiting for someone to leave. That said, the parking attendant was extremely helpful and very pleasant which I really appreciated.

The location could not be better. We were a 2 minute walk to Falls on the Reedy and a 4 minute drive to Publix. The property was clean and has everything you need from towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, pots, pans, paper towels, tissues and extra toilet paper (under the sink), sponge, silverware, cups, mugs, toaster, oven and full fridge. I loved how our kids had their own room with a Jack and Jill bathroom. We had our own private bedroom with our own bathroom. This place was amazing and we loved the ease of checking in / out. During our stay the property checked on us via text to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Parking was somewhat limited and we initially paid to park in the lot in front of the property because the parking garage stayed “Full”. There is a sign that says “No Mint House Parking”. Do not park here! If you leave your car overnight and do not move it by 9 am you may find that you received a citation. We learned that parking in the parking garage (171 Riverplace) had plenty of spaces. Ignore the sign that says “Full”. If there are no spots you can exit within 30 minutes and not pay. Beware that there are 3 entrances to this parking garage and GPS will not directly take you to the correct location. We figured it out after the first day.

Big place to stay right of main st and Falls park on the Reedy. We loved the stay. The rooms were big and clean.

I have some light sleepers so you may need to be in an upper room to be with less noise from busy downtown on the weekends. I would love if you could ask for a higher floor we stayed at 2 and it goes to 7 floor. The sound was okay but on the weekends was a little rowdy.

We’ve stayed at Mint House in a few different cities and have always had a great experience. One of the things we love most is having a full kitchen, which makes it feel more like home and gives us the flexibility to cook or enjoy meals in. The locations are always convenient too, making it easy to explore the area while still having a comfortable place to come back to.

No complaints

This is my second stay at the Mint House. My husband and I love this place. It's location couldn't be better and it's so much more than a hotel. It's a home away from home. Exceptional value and well worth checking out if you're staying in Greenville. I always look forward to coming here. So much to check out within walking distance to so many stores and shops. I would suggest a little more clarity about parking.
