Although there were quick responses to needs and concerns - your calls are routed to an offsite service center - and even though you provide your name and room number, the hurdles you must go through to establish your identity are way too time consuming for an onsite stay. Door code key pad VERY confusing. When we checked in, fortunately there was a staff member to help. We then assited other guests later on. It was a common for others to say when encounterring other guests at the door that the system was "nuts", "impossible to understand" and "foolish"

We are here from out of town because my husband is having surgery. The location is perfect, only 10 mins away from the hospital, and the traffic is not bad at all. It is me and my mother in law and we are able to walk around and explore the Riverwalk area when we are here. It is safe and fun. The apartment is very well kept and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. The only thing is my room has lots of outside light coming in at night from the street. There is a blind in the window but could use a black out curtain. That is the only thing. Other than that, it is perfect.

The only thing is the window in my room. Let's a lot of nighttime light from the street and buildings shine in. It could really use a black out curtain for people who like their room dark. It does have a blind but that's not enough to keep the lights out.

The location could not be better. We were a 2 minute walk to Falls on the Reedy and a 4 minute drive to Publix. The property was clean and has everything you need from towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, pots, pans, paper towels, tissues and extra toilet paper (under the sink), sponge, silverware, cups, mugs, toaster, oven and full fridge. I loved how our kids had their own room with a Jack and Jill bathroom. We had our own private bedroom with our own bathroom. This place was amazing and we loved the ease of checking in / out. During our stay the property checked on us via text to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Parking was somewhat limited and we initially paid to park in the lot in front of the property because the parking garage stayed “Full”. There is a sign that says “No Mint House Parking”. Do not park here! If you leave your car overnight and do not move it by 9 am you may find that you received a citation. We learned that parking in the parking garage (171 Riverplace) had plenty of spaces. Ignore the sign that says “Full”. If there are no spots you can exit within 30 minutes and not pay. Beware that there are 3 entrances to this parking garage and GPS will not directly take you to the correct location. We figured it out after the first day.

This is my second stay at the Mint House. My husband and I love this place. It's location couldn't be better and it's so much more than a hotel. It's a home away from home. Exceptional value and well worth checking out if you're staying in Greenville. I always look forward to coming here. So much to check out within walking distance to so many stores and shops. I would suggest a little more clarity about parking.

I suggest since we were on the 1st floor: We weren’t able to open the 1 shade to get light and see out. To put up curtains /better blinds. It’s very spacious, clean.

Dark,could not open blinds, 1slat fell down, it needs updating, since we were on bottom floor, we weren’t able to have windows open to see. Very dark. Shades don’t fit to block out light at night, street lights very bright.

The location was perfect. The apartment was perfect. Mint House is just a short walk away from everything. My husband and I loved everything about Mint House. Our only complaint was I didn't book a longer stay. Most of us are on a budget and what we paid for this location and room was unbeatable.

The only thing I would suggest would be some sort of check list to complete so there wasn't any confusion about previous property damage in regards to the security deposit.

The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The location was perfect. Could walk to all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and fully equipped if you needed to prepare a meal or wash clothes. It was very quiet , not a lot of doors shutting or foot traffic in the halls. Felt very safe with the security code to access the apartment and the extra brace for safety on the inside of the door and the lanyard key to access the building.

Does not have on-site parking. But parking is close by and is reasonably priced. The apartment had a balcony which was nice but, no real view to enjoy.

It's clean and convenient in Greenville downtown and makes you feel at home. I like the kitchen, very standard size kitchen and living area. The suppliers also meet my needs.

Finding the parking lot is a bummer. It took me 30 minutes to figure out the public parking place. I didn't even find the outdoor parking which was stated 0.1m away from Minthouse.

The rooms were large. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very clean. We contacted the staff asking for extra coffee pods a couple of times and they delivered in less than 20 minutes. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the downtown area of Greenville, SC. The ability to cook our own meals saved us a good chunk of money and allowed us to stick to our most current diet.

Our main complaint was that the bed was too soft. It wasn't at all supportive. It would have been nice to have cheaper parking. We parked in the town parking garage (of which there are many) and had to leave twice a day. That ended up costing us $14 a day....which is not terrible for parking downtown.

Spacious, great location, good beds, well equipped kitchen and amenities

The walls are thin. Can hear neighbors. Provided earplugs helped. Call ahead and pay for your parking so you don’t have to worry about it. The parking available is good, but being prepared would make a smoother entrance. Couch and chair are nice but not really enough seating for a three bedroom.
