Jenna greeted us so graciously when we arrived and we were even able to check in early. She was pleasant and very helpful. Some of the other staff, less so. They have lavendar in a bowl by the elevators, and you can put a spoonful in the little bags and have a pillow sachet. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, but the chairs are too low for the tables. Comfortable, just too low. We had an accessible room, so it was large and the beds were comfortable, but lacking shelf space in the bathroom. We were in town for the Air Supply concert. This hotel is conveniently close to Peace Center and walkable to Main Street attractions. We loved the spice store and the oil and vinegar store. Oh, and the candle shop!!! And if you really like cooking, check out the Cook Station on Buncombe. The turkey pear sandwich was delicious.

Well, it rained on the one day we had to gad about and was beautiful the day we had to leave. We wanted to stay longer, but we missed our dogs.

The location is perfect for walking around downtown. The breakfast bar was really good for the price and it was a nice surprise that kids eat free! The valet were quick and helpful every time we needed our vehicle. Indoor pool was clean and well kept.

When we arrived we were able to snag one of the few (valet said there were only 5) luggage carts. When we were ready to leave we searched the lobby and every floor of the hotel, but couldn’t find any. We asked for help and were told just to go look around instead of ensuring we were able to find one. Hotel staff weren’t super friendly or inviting other than a few.

Breakfast was terrific, and its location 200 yards from S. main St. was outstanding because we walked into the town. The staff was polite; and helpful as needed. Did notice the hotel was not filled with people so it was quiet and enjoyable.

I wish the lobby had more information brochures about the activities available in the town. I found maybe 3 brochures about eat-in delivery adds but wish there was more information brochures concerning shops, restaurants, trolly, transportation, coupons, and "Things to do" opportunities. The hotel employee was professional however, was little help when questioned about "Things to do."

Great location, beds were very comfortable, didn’t hear other guests in adjacent rooms or in the hallways. Easy walking distance to Falls Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail and Main St. restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was better than most hotels where it’s included, they really had everything and it was really good.

After just staying at the Kimpton in Asheville it felt like a bit of a downgrade but was actually more expensive. Seemed overpriced for Greenville for being pretty standard.

Situated off I-85 Greenville is a very lively and pretty city indeed. The hotel is well located at a very walk-able distance from the most happening areas of town and the Falls Lake Park at the Reedy River. Check-in was quick, simple and no smiles. Car Parking is on-site but valet service controlled. Costs $25. Need to mention though that the valet guys are really courteous and efficient. And they smile unlike the reception. Room, beds, linen and baths were nice. Morning hot breakfast spread had limited options but whatever was out was good, although at times supply was out, primarily due to more guests at a time. May be a supply chain issue. But most importantly the breakfast is served right in the lobby and having breakfast sitting on sofas was a little challenging. Overall Nice one-night stay.

The property is clean! It is walking distance to everything in downtown Greenville! I have to say… the night manager on the night we arrived was so kind. Our flights were canceled coming in so we ended up flying to Asheville NC and renting a car to drive to Greenville. We didn’t get to the property until after 1am. She quickly gave us our keys and d waters and told us to go get some rest! That was the best thing someone could do!!

Room 500 fit the 'bill' quiet and comfortable. Road noise almost imperceptible - an issue for someone who lives in the country without the usual urban traffic sounds. Beds are the best as with pillows. Breakfast is the usual ho hum affair.. Bedroom coffee is best described as 'jolt'. It will make you sit up straight. Walking to the Peace Center is perfect as with walking access to downtown eating places.

Indoor heated pool was great. Some of the staff were quite friendly and helpful. Great to stay in downtown Greenville. Dog and kid friendly.

I was expecting Hyatt Place to be same quality level as Hyatt House (to me these names are totally similar) but this is a step down without seemingly being any cheaper. The room was comfortable but a bit small and only a fridge, no facilities to eat or prepare any sort of food. The breakfast was fine but there should be more choice if you want it to be considered great. Valet parking is a bad deal in November when tourism is not high, but there is a garage across the street which was free of charge during our Thanksgiving weekend stay. The location is very good but it is a block or two away from being an excellent location.

Great location - we walked nearly everywhere. Very clean for a pet-friendly hotel. We would stay here again when traveling with our pup.

With the Hyatt being pet-friendly, I would like to see the rooms with tile or LVP flooring for cleanliness. That being said, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The carpet made me nervous, but there was no pet smell. There was a nice putting green/smoking terrace but it would be nice to have something similar for doggie bathroom breaks. I had to stand outside on the street in the dark when taking my dog to the bathroom. A little unsettling late at night.

Very nice room. King size bed, sofa area & en-suite shower room. Clean & spacious enough for a couple. Good range of breakfast choices. Great location for walking to Main St area & Falls park

Lovely having air conditioning in the rooms but I found it quite noisy at night. We ended up turning the temperature up on the thermostat so it didn't kick in so often.
