All were kind and wanted to make our stay as please at as possible, great crew/staff here. We visit Greenville quite a bit and will definitely stay here again!

We came for the weekend, wanted to:go to the rooftop Saturday night, it was closed for a wedding, wasn’t posted anywhere. Wish I knew that, we could have gone Friday night, hate we missed that. And I only saw3 restaurants, it said 5 on the website. Just so ya know, you asked. But all is good.

Location location location. Absolutely fabulous to be downtown and walk to the restaurants and sites. Great job on making the town look fabulous.

The bed sheets seemed wet all the time. The parking is expensive and breakfast is overpriced.

Great location. Housekeeping staff and daytime reception staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean! A little street noise- but we were on the second floor. They allowed us to check in a little early so very helpful and appreciated. Paloma had a great musician and lovely cocktails.

The water in the sink…there was enough pressure but it was such a small amount of water. Strange. At first I thought it was conservation…but then realized had to use longer to wash the soap off!

Breakfast was good but the chairs, though stylish, were uncomfortable--too low. The room was awesome. Comfortable matress, big bath.

The elevators required a room key "wave" and the ay wasn't explained at check-in.

This hotel is the perfect location in downtown Greenville. It overall is a great AC Marriott. The bar area is really cool and the breakfast is great. I highly recommend this hotel mainly for the location and ambience! You can walk to everything…. falls and trail, shopping and restaurants!

For the price point, there were a few things in our room that needed repair.

I forgot to tell the staff about my allergy to down pillows and i had an allergic reaction. I called down for a regular set of pillows but they forgot and I had to go to the desk and request again

Beautiful property centrally located to all things downtown Greenville. Very clean, nice LVP flooring. Beds were very comfortable.

There was a bit of construction going on during our stay, loud buzzing/sanding very early on two mornings we were there. Also, I’m not a fan of the “every other day” housekeeping. Hotels are expensive, daily housekeeping should be included in the rate.

Love the location and the facilities. The restaurant Juniper on the top floor is beautiful and has a fantastic view, the food is also delicious.

The restaurant Juniper on the top floor is amazing! But beware you are alone (while waiting for someone, a staff would kick you out to make space for a 'bigger party".

Booking .com ruins my experience

I booked through you all and received my confirmation but you never sent the reservation to the hotel. After multiple attempts to reach you we had to pay the hotel for a room that someone had just canceled . So no issues with the hotel my issue is with your company

Nice location, clean and modern.

Restaurant on ground level had very few selections on the menu, disappointed. We thoroughly did not like the sliding glass door to the bathroom! WTF? Very difficult to slide, not much privacy, pretty much useless. Who came up with that? No fan in the bathroom either.
