Overnight oats was a nice touch, we did have to ask the staff to replenish them but they did so quickly. Nice presentation and clean buffet. Siobhan at the front was very helpful and good at her job! Very responsive.

First cup of coffee was a bit old/ not hot, but poured it out and the second carafe was fresh. Powdered eggs are a standard for Hilton properties and not ideal… would have preferred real eggs or a hard boiled option. One of the pillows in the dining area on the long bench seat facing the windows had bad stains on it, maybe coffee? So much that it was distracting and a bit unpleasant to see while eating. But the seating was comfortable and the dining area as a whole was very clean.

The service from the staff was wonderful. Essence, Kyla, Anne and Julia were attentive, plesent and patient. Facilities were nice, room was clean

The breakfast should be improved, especially from the variety side... I have been to American hotel before, and this breakfast should be better, especially for the value for money aspect. Very repetitive, and also quality should improve

The room seemed spacious, the location was great,  and the staff service was awesome.  The kitchen was missing a few items and we reached out to the front desk. A hotel employee came out right away to provide us with the items.  Room was clean.  We can walk to restaurants, bars or shops from here. Overall, I was very happy. 

The only thing I didn't like was that there weren't any sponges available to use for washing and scrubbing the dishes clean. They only had a small towel, which seems unsanitary.

This place is AMAZING!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE CHECK In & check out GIRLS. THE HOUSEKEEPING Lady!! It was like a picture perfect room!. They view was BEAUTIFUl 😍 We had to have help from the Maintenance Department!!! Our car has a 1975 top carrier on it! My husband needed help getting it into the garage! Absolutely Nothing!!!!!

The breakfast was great. The facility and room was clean, the carpet smelled fresh on arrival. The view and location were excellent. Well worth the money.

Please invest in new pillows. They were sooo uncomfortable. That is my only complaint. We absolutely could not get comfortable with the pillows. Our head would just sink directly to the mattress.

the greenville fashion week was happening in the lobby. Seeing young girls dressed in thongs and heels and teeny bikini tops in the lobby off and on that weekend was uncomfortable for my young children. if your going to host this kind of event…. please keep it in the conference rooms etc where guests don’t have to look. at this .

The staff was so friendly and kind. Definitely the best value for your dollar!

The only difficult thing was that the parking sensor didn't always work. There were multiple times we had to try to scan the card five or so times before it actually read it to let us in the garage, same for our room. Overall I think it is an easily solved problem with new key cards. Not anything to really affect a stay tho!

This hotel was very clean. Our room was setup nicely. Better than the hotels in Greenville we’ve stayed in for the same price.

Shower could have used a bit more water pressure. The bathroom didn’t have enough space between the toilet and entrance door.

The rooms are really big and spacious. There is a small kitchen but there are so many great restaurants nearby, we kept trying those! It's close to the Swamp Rabbit trail and we brought our bikes to ride there. It's right across the street from the new baseball stadium, which wasn't open while we were there. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

I wish we'd known ahead of time that we had to pay for parking. It's a very nice, convenient garage and not too expensive, but I didn't know until we checked in that we would have to pay.

Incredibly spacious, great views, super powerful AC, more than plenty of towels, full size refrigerator, an actual stove, glasses and flatware provided, I wish all hotels were this nice.

Parking was a bit expensive. Bedding was adequate but could be improved
