After paying booking.com in full, I was contacted by Mint House to pay a $200 damage deposit and to have a police check. Responses to my emails all went to my junk email. There is a great Italian restaurant in the building that does take out. The fitness facility, because it is part of a rental apartment complex, is amazing. It is a 10 minute walk to the historical centre and the beautiful walking trails of River Park. Make sure you CAREFULLY read the instructions for access to your unit and to the parking garage because, even though it was midday, there was no one onsite to help.

Spacious, immaculate, great amenities, excellent location for walking around the West End/Falls Park/downtown (also-across a pedestrian way directly to the baseball stadium entry), and love the baseball history theme everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

The room smelled weird. New building smell? Could have been worse. The building entry instructions mentioned going to the leasing office entry to punch in an outdoor building code. Nope. No box. No Mint House signage. There was someone in the office to let us in, fortunately. We found the actual building entrance after getting into our apartment. Also-parking needed better explanation. We didn’t park in the garage until I had picked up our tag from the apartment. The sign said LOT FULL, but the gate arm went up. There was no clear Mint House signage directing you where to park. We got a basement level spot with no Mint House marking. There was a big black gate that opened to resident parking. I think our tag might have opened the big black gate and led to Mint House assigned spots?

The location was excellent. Walking distance to many, if not restaurants, bars, and even live music venues.

Everything about the apartment unit met and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, we lost cable service on our second of four nights. I was hoping it was a temporary condition, but it never returned. Erroneously, I texted a Booking text that was not responded to. The onsite leasing office instructed and provided contact information for a potential resolution, but that was Thursday, March 20, 2025(Day #3)

The location was perfect to get around downtown and the ball field was across the street. The apartment was super clean and quiet except when a game was going on but that wasn't disrupting. The apartment was so comfortable and it smelled so clean. We absolutely love staying here and it is definitely on our list of future stays. Check in is a bit tricky but the instructions are clear and we had no trouble accessing the building.

Perfect size, nice layout, cool location and easy to walk to areas of interest downtown. Excellent parking location in relation to the rental unit. Would consider staying here again when visiting Greenville. There was no baseball game going on so the location was very quiet.

The instructions in the arrival email, though providing lots of detail, we're not totally accurate. Some parts were a bit misleading or confusing, which resulted in it being difficult to gain initial access to the unit. Two glasses set out with welcome water and snacks had sticky fingerprints on them but everything else was extremely clean and well kept.

Great location two blocks from River Park and a short walk to many restaurants. Easy access to the concierge by phone for information. An hour before we arrived we were moved from West End to Downtown because the cleaning staff did not show. Fine for us. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom, but the heater wasn't working when we arrived. So why the 9-star rating? Because of the personal service we received in solving these small problems. Small, because we could call the Mint concierge, and each time, the phone was answered promptly and they immediately had options for us. There was also a manager on site who would not leave until we were all settled in. They ultimately moved us to another unit in the same building. Very clean, though a bit sterile. The furniture and king-sized bed were modern (lower to the floor) which is becoming a bit more difficult for old knees, but not yet a real problem. We would stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors and very nice property and apartment. The person who helped with troubleshooting confirmation info. was pleasant. Also great to have secured parking.

Instructions after booking need to be more clear and timely. Also, Booking.com is pointless after completing reservation; zero need or use to down the app. Finally, the email with room and door lock information should be forwarded more quickly.

Quick overnight trip to Greenville to eat at Lewis BBQ and catch a minor league baseball game. The Mint House accommodations were clean, well kept, a great value and right next door to Fluor Field (the minor league stadium). When I am in Greenville again this will be my first choice for accommodations.

Everything was great. Nothing even minor to complain about.

Proximity to the stadium. Amenities of the apartment. Cleanliness. Bed was comfortable. Price was very reasonable.

Honestly, it was very clean and well equipped! Everything we needed for the night and more! The only thing that was very noticeable was there were several marks on the walls but it appeared they were scuffs, rather than filth. We were not bothered by it. We would definitely stay again!

The property itself is in a large apartment complex- that is terrific. Full kitchen - nice studio- great location next to ball park.

Was not aware of the required $200 security deposit. And was not aware of required consent to background check. You will not find out the exact apartment number - where to park- how to park etc., until check in time. Also confusing was the name of the apartments is not mint house-
