Facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly and provided great suggestions for shopping and dining. Karan warmly welcomed us and was exceptionally helpful at suggesting points of interest and places to eat....The room was comfortable and equipped for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

Upon arrival, we were made aware of the fact that one of the hotel water heaters was down and that they were awaiting parts. There was little warm water available. ....we chose to stay even though most showers we took were mostly cool. We were offered compensation because of the inconvenience. This was a temporary problem that the management was trying to fix as efficiently as possible...Therefore, I can't give the Inn a negative review based on this issue.

Very beautiful and well kept . Love that they have full breakfast

There was a died roach on the ceiling going towards bathroom. Didn’t like the fact that dogs was allowed in the breakfast area. 2 dogs was about to fight on Sat. They took one of the dogs out the side dog of breakfast area but brought him back in where I was sitting getting ready to eat. Dog so tall as I turned not knowing he was there I almost turned the table over getting up close to the as the owner pulled him away but he came back towards my plate. Guest laughed ( I didn’t find it funny)cause I cuss before I realized it but apologized to the elderly guess . I was caught off guard. I got the hotel as we were vacationing but didn’t get to enjoy cause my heart was racing. When we left on Sunday I didn’t even bother to go down as fear of the dogs.

It was wonderful. The location was perfect. We appreciated that there was a stove in this suite. The separation from the bedroom from the other area. The toilet shower was separated and the door was a plus. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

The floor of the bathroom and kitchen needed extra attention especially between the refrigerator and stove, but I politely asked for a broom and swept it myself.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was available earlier, which we appreciated, we even got a bigger one at no extra charge. Very comfortable and well equipped for our needs, we felt at home. Great breakfast, pool and even laundry room.

Nothing to complain

Breakfast was nice, Michelle did a nice job. Elaina at the front desk was awesome ! John was so helpful with info for getting around. Family setting amongst the employees and of course the delicious warm cookies every night. I would stay again and of course the beds were very comfortable like home.

The cold weather and heavy rain, but at least it is not NEW ENGLAND !

The people were all wonderful. ‘Loved he coffee, cookies, water at the reception area. The room was comfortable, tho we did have a slight problem with the air conditioner. The staff acted quickly. The breakfast was great! I had read about it in previous comments. And we agreed.

The courtyard with pool, gazebo and fire pit areas were very nice

This is the friendliest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and anticipated all of our needs. The breakfast was excellent.

The furniture in the living area of the rooms could stand to be updated. It was comfortable but not incredibly stylish.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The room was spacious and stocked with dove soap and lotion which was a nice touch. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

I would not change anything, the stay was great

Very friendly staff, facility was very clean and comfortable, breakfast had plenty of options and extras. We needed to use a crib for our stay and it was in excellent condition and spotless, and bedding was furnished.

The breakfast was great 👍 love the location secluded sits way back off the main if u didn't know any better u wouldn't know its back there wasn't sure how it work but love the fire pit outside hope to experience it next time

The items in at lobby was a little pricey
