It was the first time I have ever been to South Carolina and I'm from Charleston West and we are very friendly and helpful.. I was there to see if I wanted to move there and I love the friendly and the nicest people . When I needed help they were very helpful .. And I work at the embassy suites in Charleston West Virginia been there for 15 years and went above and beyond for people that came in our hotel What I have to say about Days inn they showed love and was there to be helpful to the people they need it. Thank you for showing love to people.

Check in was a breeze, and staff were good. Was quiet.

The add said with this room, a king size bed, breakfast and a coffeemaker. There is no coffeemaker in room, and had to go to lobby for coffee and it is not always available. We were here for medical reasons and hospital stay, so hours were not normal for coffee in the lobby. Disappointed with that. Also breakfast had no cream cheese for bagels. And hardly anything in refrigerator. Only 2 sweetrolls and muffins, and we were first ones there at 7am.

I never wake up in time for breakfast, the location is convenient. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and cozy.

The only thing I didn’t like and I think it’s with all hotels now, is the fact they took comforters away. There is only a thin sheet and I’m freezing. Also no ice buckets in the rooms. Maybe everything was taken out due to Covid, but the pandemic is declared over by the President, so please bring essentials back.

Great quality for the price. Breakfast was better than expected. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. We stayed at a similar priced hotel called Baymont and Days Inn was far better. Melissa checked us in most nights and she is awesome. Very friendly and professional. Made us feel welcome. Hope to see her again when we come back!

the location and staff was nice and very helpful

breakfast wasn’t really there and the lady stocking breakfast was kind of rude to guests. she refused to make it out out the gravy for biscuits there was only a few biscuits in the container no juices were stocked very little eggs Or sausage for guests. pancake stuff ran out before 9 and wasn’t restocked. luckily there was a Waffle House next door however that sucked because it cost a small fortune for my family when the hotel advertised breakfast

Room was clean , comfort and spacious.

Noise of other people, was next to an exit door and other people went in and out several times at night and banged the door, woke me up. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom.

We had 2 dogs and were treated wonderfully. Nice room. Clean. Spacious. All the amenities. Wish more hotels /motels were like this one!

The vending machine did not give change.

It was close to everthing. It was a price. I felt fairly safe.

It did not have room darken curtains or shades. Did not check the room to see if we needed clean towels. The mattress cover has blood on it, but when I went to exchange them, the lady at the front desk was very helpful.

It was very quiet and the staff were amazing the owner even helped me extremely by jump starting my car when he didn't have to I will be back again
