Room seemed to be very clean. The type of curtains they had were awesome and really made the room completely dark. Also liked that the bathroom had a little night light so you didn’t have to turn on the light if you got up in the middle of the night. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and I felt very comfortable in this hotel. I did still wear shower shoes but that’s just personal preference. Great location. Pretty much anything you could need restaurant or store wise within 15 minutes or less.

To start i thought for a minute I had the wrong hotel as I walked in ans starting talking to the front desk. But we got it figured out and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is amongst the cleanest my family and I have stayed in. Everything in the room is very organized and placed properly with no flaws. The beds in the room are extremely soft and easy to sleep on. no noise at all during the night. it is an absolute peaceful place to stay. On a side note. The whole town is super friendly and it is a beautiful place to stay for sure

The folks there are quick, smart and fair. They are personable and really do care about others having a good time, their safety and convenience. They're all going the extra mile. Love my long chats with the breakfast staff (somehow they make the time) and Tom, Miguel, Chris and John at the front desk are always willing to help. Carla always knows what to do...Even the sales staff is a lively bunch - friendly and caring. Randy keeps us all laughing and in line

Everything was fantastic! The staff was very welcoming, especially the kitchen staff. Those ladies were absolutely wonderful! The breakfast options were great! Our room was very clean and spacious. And the location was spot on! Nice and quiet but close to many restaurants and about 20 minutes to downtown Greenville (depending on the traffic). If we come back to Greenville SC, we will be staying here again.

What I did like I book my stay with booking.com they gave a total price when I checked out I had charged more I don’t know what was that charge for overcharged

Every employee we came in contact with us spoke to us. It was a very nice change. Miguel helped us with Uber. It was our first time using them. We will definitely stay there again if we're ever back in Greenville.

My only complaint was the coffee. Not at all a big deal! The stay was wonderful!

It was very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was great and the staff that made the breakfast and put the breakfast out was absolutely amazing and so friendly, especially this one lady, (I wish I would have gotten her name), she went above and beyond!

When taking a shower the water never really warmed up but it was only that way in the morning.

it’s location is easily reached from I-85. it is in an area with numerous restaurants, stores, shops. the breakfast was awesome, and I rarely even bother with others. the bed was very comfortable the HVAC was easy to operate. they sell beer & wine in the lobby

- the luggage carts were small - there was the smell of cigarette smoke in the 2nd floor hallway - lighting - barely adequate throughout room, but blindingly, searingly painfully bright in the bathroom. with no recourse to dim. only one switch and it turns on 3 lights

Good location, the breakfast was on point for the start of the day. The rooms was nice and the family, love the beds. Good gym, if I needed it again.

It would have been a awesome stay for us but the heater was out of service in the pool and no cold water swimming for me but some of my other family members went in ;-) and the WiFi showed down at times (I think guess over reload)

Randy was great and personable at check in. He let me check in early as I was attending an event on the property. There was another man that I’m guessing was a facilities manager and he was friendly as well. The staff at breakfast were attentive as well. Good location. Most shops and restaurants were very close by.

My room was clean . However it’s starting to show its age as finishes are wearing on some furniture . Also the shower head had some build up.
