Room seemed to be very clean. The type of curtains they had were awesome and really made the room completely dark. Also liked that the bathroom had a little night light so you didn’t have to turn on the light if you got up in the middle of the night. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and I felt very comfortable in this hotel. I did still wear shower shoes but that’s just personal preference. Great location. Pretty much anything you could need restaurant or store wise within 15 minutes or less.

To start i thought for a minute I had the wrong hotel as I walked in ans starting talking to the front desk. But we got it figured out and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is amongst the cleanest my family and I have stayed in. Everything in the room is very organized and placed properly with no flaws. The beds in the room are extremely soft and easy to sleep on. no noise at all during the night. it is an absolute peaceful place to stay. On a side note. The whole town is super friendly and it is a beautiful place to stay for sure

The folks there are quick, smart and fair. They are personable and really do care about others having a good time, their safety and convenience. They're all going the extra mile. Love my long chats with the breakfast staff (somehow they make the time) and Tom, Miguel, Chris and John at the front desk are always willing to help. Carla always knows what to do...Even the sales staff is a lively bunch - friendly and caring. Randy keeps us all laughing and in line

Everything was fantastic! The staff was very welcoming, especially the kitchen staff. Those ladies were absolutely wonderful! The breakfast options were great! Our room was very clean and spacious. And the location was spot on! Nice and quiet but close to many restaurants and about 20 minutes to downtown Greenville (depending on the traffic). If we come back to Greenville SC, we will be staying here again.

Ladies at the breakfast station were wonderful and kind and helpful. Appreciated the eco-friendly toiletry supplies. Fitness room had working equipment and a working TV.

Would have appreciated some cut up fruit for the morning. Would have appreciated herbal tea selection, other than green tea. Fitness center was out of water and there were dirty cups towels lying around.

The ladies in the breakfast area are very kind and helpful.

Would really like some cut up fruit in the breakfast area, and not just whole pieces of fruit. Also, our room had a remote control with no “guide” button, and there was no channel guide on the television. You had to flip through over 100 channels to find out what was on. Very frustrating!!

I messaged someone and asked them if they could do Something special because this was for my parents getaway and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. So incredibly thankful for the amazing staff! They placed roses and made towel animals etc. it was an amazing surprise for them!

What I did like I book my stay with booking.com they gave a total price when I checked out I had charged more I don’t know what was that charge for overcharged

Every employee we came in contact with us spoke to us. It was a very nice change. Miguel helped us with Uber. It was our first time using them. We will definitely stay there again if we're ever back in Greenville.

My only complaint was the coffee. Not at all a big deal! The stay was wonderful!

Property was very hard to locate from teh interstate, sitting way at the back of a couple of parking lots, two large restaurants and another hotel. But, it is within walking distance to those restaurants, which ws a plus. Nice facilities and excellent breakfast.
