Prime location! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. It was the perfect spot for what we needed it for and the price was budget friendly. The breakfast could have been better, but was still adequate.

Need a lot more options for breakfast which was mediocre. At least have eggs and bacon

There was a huge fight on property grounds around 2am Sat morning which woke me up from my sleep.

The bed is so comfortable. The staff was great. The room was clean.

The drink machine on the first floor was not working and the one on the third floor was empty.

The staff was wonderful.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast.

Bathtub was dirty. Breakfast not great.

The plumbing was very loud when I turned on the shower. There were bugs in my room. There was some unsavory characters hanging around the property.

Evening receptionist was very nice and welcoming.

1 Black mold in shower, see picture 2a Soap scum on soap holders at the sink and shower 2b Sticky nasty substances on the front part of the bathroom vanity. Appears to be a very poor repair to the sink 3 Television remote is completely useless, broken 4 I got very little sleep. The street that the Hotel is on is on the direct path to the Hospital ER and ambulances raced back and forth most of the night. I'm not blaming the Hotel, just it's good information to have ahead of reserving. 5. The walls are not sufficient for keeping outside noises and indoor activities from intruding 6. There were pieces of tissue stuck in 2 holes in the entrance door. Refer to pics
