The place was exceptional.... they helped make my wife's birthday extra special.... I had a last-minute request, and they pulled through for me.... I'm very satisfied with the facility and stafff.... what was great? Knowledgeable staff, food,fast elevator, hot running water, efficient room layout, the facility, pool weight room, information provided, parking, happy hour... etc. What was not great ? The stay was not long enough...

The afternoon reception had a good selection of cheese, chips, snack mix, fresh veggies, etc. a fair selection of wine and bar drinks as well as sodas and or coffee. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices and cooked to order omelets. The woman cooking omelets kept cleaning constantly as she took orders and cooked. I saw her examine every plate before plating the omelets and rejected anything that didn't meet her expectations.

I loved the location, omlete to order other breakfast items were delicious and all the staff were professional and inviting. They were so helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our walk through city was peaceful and relaxing.

The price was a little expensive as we only stayed one night for our anniversary.

We thought the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The made to order omelet station was fantastic however, there was only one and the remaining breakfast was pretty much continental so there was a long line every morning for the one good thing, omelet station.

The location of the property was excellent for the downtown shops and downtown area within walking distance to many restaurants and shops

Would like to have seen another bar other than the rooftop and the Ruth Chris would’ve liked to just had a casual bar to where you could get a drink and casual clothing

The breakfast was hot and fresh. You could even get an omlette made to order. One evening they had 2 free adult beverages in the lounge. Very relaxing. The shower was AMAZING!! The location close to downtown, restaurants, parks, etc was great.

I had to go home after a few days.

The staff were courteous and friendly! The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The breakfast was delicious too!

There were not clear directions to park and enter once I finally found the parking garage. Thankfully another resident helped me.

Breakfast was not up to my expectations. It said "made to order," but nobody was at the omelet station, and the pancakes and sausage seemed to be from frozen boxes. I remember Embassy Suites breakfast being much better.

View was awesome . We enjoyed the balcony. The toilet was too low and no handrail. We enjoyed the space and proximity to the Peace Center. We enjoyed the robes and slippers

I was expecting a Comfort height toilet . Most hotels have them.

Perfect location, better than average complimentary breakfast, nice little complimentary drink fest each night. Great suite, convenient parking lot beneath the hotel at reasonable rate of $7 a day. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant.
