Clean and comfortable, spacious room. We got the jetted tub/jacuzzi room. It was big enough to dance in! Jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind while visiting for family holiday activities. We even cleaned it ourselves before using and was impressed how well it had been cleaned. The heater worked great to keep us cozy on cold nights, despite the large room! Flooring, bedding, fridge, and counters all appeared new/updated.

Location was standard highway exit, construction area, busy road kinda place. We occasionally heard sirens loudly but it wasnt constant. The bathroom sink faucet is so oddly close to the sink edge that makes it hard to use, so we used the wet bar sink to wash hands.

What I loved about the room was how spacious it was!

What I didn't like was the check in, I know I checked in around 11pm but there was no one up front and I waited and rang the bell for about 5mins, nobody came or acknowledge me so I had to call up front so they could come get the phone so they would see me up front to check me in.

The location is great,easy access to interstate, whether you're going to Greenville or Spartanburg or beyond and there's plenty restaurants nearby.we didn't eat breakfast because we were leaving for church.

I have no complaints,we always get that room whenever we stay.we enjoy,we like the Jacuzzi tub

Easy to find at last minute and good quality for the price.

It seemed to be a lot of construction workers and a truck stop area. There was a lot of them there and they hung out on the balcony’s late night which was near our room window and a little creepy.

The room was amazing! My boyfriend and I have bragged about RRI to several of our friends. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only downside to our stay was the continental breakfast. Got down around 8:00 and everything was pretty much gone. We only got a can of juice each.

It was clean and rooms cooled off very good. Loved that it had a mini fridge and plenty of room inside the rooms

That the pool wasn’t opened or cleaned. We was told the guy was on the way but he didn’t clean it until the next day and after long days of softball and three days of it was really looking forward to swimming

Breakfast was good. I do feel like 9:00 is too early to end breakfast, especially on the weekends. There were plenty of restaurants in the area if I wanted something different.

The fact the damage deposit is so high because what if that person only had money to pay for the room. And couldn’t risk waiting to get 100$ back. Because they on a budget

1st floor room staff friendly and helpful great location to families house

Only 1 small garbage can and air/heater filters needed cleaning reserved king non smoking got 2 queens all that was left

The Rooms were easily accessible with parking right in front of the door

The Breakfast was a Big disappointment
