The place was nice, clean, safe. It was a good choice to reconnect with my granddaughter who lives in Spartanburg.

I told the gentleman when I checked in that I paid on the Booking app when he asked for my credit card at check in. He assured me that he had to have it for incidentals, but it would not be charged. Well, it was. I am still working with booking to get a refund. I have spoken several times with staff at HI who do not see that I paid twice. Booking won't do anything about refunding until I can supply the bank statement, which will not be available until tomorrow.

Clean facility. Bed was very comfortable. TV picture was great. All staff were professional and friendly. Cookies in the evening really hit the spot. Nice breakfast area in which to eat.

I kept having problems with my key card not working. The night I checked in I had to go back down to the front desk 3 times to get one that worked. The next day I had to go back once for a new key. The water pressure in the shower was on the low side. I turned the water as hot as it would go and I still preferred it hotter. I liked that the hotel wasn't in a congested area, but there were no nearby restaurants other than fast food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, nice and neat. We had everything that we needed.

The room air conditioning unit ran all the time. I mean, is it would turn on run for a long time? Turn off for a very short time, then turn it back on. Also, the fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Very nice room. I liked that they have Keurig coffee makers. Hot cinnamon rolls.

They have a pool and fitness room but my keys did not work to get in. She reprogrammed me but they still didn’t work. She said she would let me in When I was ready to use it. I decided against going to the pool after I went to dinner. Sometimes I think they are just restricting access for whatever reason. Other reviewers have complained about this. The highway noise was annoying. No waffle makers

Very clean place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! A nice variety and it wasn't the same everyday. The pool was clean and plenty of towels.

The pool was chilly to be an indoor pool. But of course the kids didn't care

The staff was helpful and friendly and were able to answer our questions. we stayed here at the beginning and end of a bus tour, and they graciously allow people to be picked up and dropped off at this location. They have a great breakfast, including a pancake machine. We would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet and the staff greeted me every time we came in and out of the door which was a lot. My daughter was there for a pageant we came and went about 5 or 6 times a day between all the events she had to be at. The hotel was convenient to eating and gas.

Nothing, everything was perfect breakfast was good. Rooms were clean microwave and refrigerator were great!

The breakfast was okay but the sweet rolls were outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in and out the next morning was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like except the cleaning solution in the room was so strong it made my eyes water and throat hurt. I appreciate a clean room but that may have been a little overboard.

The staff was very friendly, the facility and the room was very clean and I liked that we had cleaning service every day that way you get fresh towels daily.

That I had to go to a different floor to get ice.

Breakfast was good. Easy access to the freeway. Bed was comfortable.

Noisy from the nearby airport. A/C was noisy. Shower head was too large and too messy because water was getting on floor. A little odor in the room.
