Clean new-looking facility, nice landscaping with trees in the parking lot and 2 waiting benches. Nice dining area that is colorful with windows for natural light. Good hot breakfast and continental breakfast. Clean room with private closet and extra hangars on the wall. Spacious bathroom.

It would have been nice to have 2 different types of meats on the hot breakfast bar.

Warm and welcoming staff, they were super responsive to my needs and apologetic when they were unable to meet them. Comfy and clean room and fresh baked cookies every night.

They had some supply problems so breakfast the 1st 2 days wasn't fully stocked, but they acknowledged the problem and worked on fixing it.

We liked the Hotel for the convenience when we are visiting family. The beds are very cozy and comfortable, the location is awesome and their continental breakfast is wonderful.

There was nothing about this Hotel we didn't like.

The breakfast was a good start to the day! Loved the waffles. Your front desk staff, Brianna, was a delight and most helpful.

I, being the wife, was not happy with the bedspread. Did not like the bumpy texture.

When I checked in the young woman at the desk was so nice and welcoming. She offered me water and made everything so easy.

I hate that I didn't get a chance to get one of those cookies. I forgot to go back & get one while checking out.

The bed was comfortable

On the room door to go in there's a 1-in gap so the light from the hallway comes in... Also there's no bathtub so if you want just soak your muscles from a long day of work you cannot do that.. there's only a shower

Everything is nice here. This is our go to when we travel here. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is always so clean. The beds are super comfortable. It is located in a great area convenient to all there is to do.

The room was gorgeous. Pretty clean all around. Jennica was amazing I think that was her name. Beds were super comfy pillows all of that.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns. They usually have the top ratings. All of what we have come to expect were at the Shelby Inn. Special note to the friendly/pleasant staff!!

Rooms were clean.

Breakfast was fine, but I don't eat meat, and the eggs had ham in them.. Maybe the eggs can be plain with cheese and the ham on the side. Then people can decide if they want ham or not!
