I had no issues about room. Or the night shift people.

After staying for 5 nights, checked out. Then decided I would stay another night was told I could not because my room was left to dirty. No pics no pacific reason giving. Could not speak to anyone with authority. I know floor needed swept/vacuum and I had gotten sick and used 1 towel to clean up. Nothing over the top. Did the housekeeper not want to do her job? I know I'm not perfect but damn I did not leave the room that bad at all. Shouldn't have taken more than 20 or 30 minutes to clean including changing bed linens and cleaning bathroom. SMH. Totally not fair. Tbh I think it was a racial thing because of being bi-racial couple. No other reason seems logical.

The fact that it was walking distance from the venue we came to listen to music and right beside a Waffle House. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and professional.

Descent hotel but a bit overpriced in my opinion as far as the actual rate of the room. The gentleman that checked us out never spoke a word to us. Didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay, thank you, come again….nothing. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

That it is right in the heart of town....love the privacy,one of my low key spots

The fact u have to leave a deposit smh,I understand for new guest...I been going to this hotel for over 3yrs,I was told by tha front desk how I kept my room clean...Housekeeping neva had to do much in my room...I should be waived tht deposit fee cuz,I am a regular.... That's tha only thing I do NOT LIKE! So now I hav 2 wait 3days to get my money back on my card,didn't hav cash so now I'm waiting.....

The room could have been cleaner dirt in the floor like it had not been swept still has someone's toenail clippings in the floor by the bed I had to clean shower before I could use it it had hair and dirt in it walls and doors has dirty hand prints mirrors.had not been cleaned still has prints from previous guest

Property was nice and clean

Having trouble getting deposit back. They said up to 7 days. But still haven’t got it. Trouble getting in touch with hotel. Number sent me to reservations who text me a number to customer service. But you need a number that starts with an H. Booking confirmation number does not start with an H.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was closed when we arrived due to no one using it but the lady at the front desk gladly opened it back up for us just so we could relax after a long day of catering in extreme heat. She even brought us towels out to the pool! The rooms were nothing fancy but served our need for the 1 night stay before returning home to GA. I would stay again.

Location from restaurants and excess to highway was real close.And, real close to Two Kings Casino for you gamblers.

I had no problems with quality inn staff is very helpful very professional the rooms had very comfortable beds I enjoyed must stay there I enjoyed the free continental breakfast good selection would recommend we'll be back

Water jets in the bathtub kind of like a mini spa to get in after a long hard day's work and just soothe the body

The price, the pool, the staff, breakfast, smoke rooms, location

Not being able to take breakfast back to the room and opening and closing time of the pool and internet was to good

The room they had ready for me was my favorite... the room was set in the perfect part of the entire building more to itself.. it was peaceful.

The Wi-Fi hardly ever had a connection or continuously lost connection and disconnect completely my entire 5 day stay. i mentioned it several times to front desk/owner about it and nothing done to fix it
