I loved the appearance of the place. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I booked a room with a king bed, sofa bed and balcony but ended up getting a king bed with whirlpool. I booked what I did in the first place because my kids were gunna be with me and I absolutely love balconies. The lady at the front told me that the room I booked was over booked so they upgraded me. I didn't feel like it was an upgrade a.d I really would have Appreciated a call about it prior to my arrival- management should have contacted me when having to make that decision to make sure I was OK with that. My daughter had to sleep on the floor

I liked that they have balconies. I am big about having outdoor spaces where I go. My husband and I are from the country, and if we just want to relax with some fresh air coming into our room, that's what we do, and that is what we like. I liked that the location was quiet and not bustling. It was a very comfortable stay.

I didn't like that they are short on some resources (i.e towels, toilet paper, etc...) or that room service does not check on you everyday to make sure you have what you need. When I go stay at a hotel/motel, it's gonna be for at least 2 days. Contrary to popular belief, we don't use towels or washcloths more than once and would prefer to have a fresh one everyday.

Beautiful place to go for a staycation. My kids love that the pool is indoors and are able to swim any time of the year. The rooms are very inviting and the beds are very much so comfortable. The fire pit is my favorite place to unwind and relax. It’s quiet and peaceful during the night while resting. If I could rate beyond a ten scale I definitely would.

There was nothing to dislike about this place

I liked my balcony room. I like the internet TV because I watch alot of You Tube. The location is great, it's beside the mall, convenient to i85, there's a waffle house and several restaurants in walking distance. The workout room has nice equiptment.. I would prefer this indoor pool over the one next door at its sister motel next door. It's more private here.

The deposit was $100. not advertised $40. The Pool is closed due to construction; that was my main reason for booking the room! there is breakfast, but nothing is free

Great Customer Service..Very Clean

I didn’t like the first time I reserved a room they didn’t tell me the hot tub wasn’t working until I had arrived..Then they asked if I wanted my money back..It was to late for all that cause all the other hotels was booked..They could have gave me some type of discount..But I decided to stay..The stay turned out to be good I was able to still get the room with the balcony but would have been wonderful if the hot tub was working..I have stayed there again since then just got a regular room..

The pool and hot tub where not open and that was one of the reason we booked this room at this hotel. My wife specifically asked me to make sure that the hotel had a pool and Hot tub which I did and once we hot settled into the room we went to take a look at the pool area and there was a sign saying area closed off. It was honestly a big inconvenience. I wish we would have been told this at the time of booking.

The hotel staff were so friendly! Pet friendly and the fee wasn't ridiculous like most places. They have a big fireplace inside and outside. A bar and food which was good. The beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and didn't smell. The shower had 2 heads which I loved! The room wasn't tiny. Only thing I can think of as negative is the furniture was dated, but thats miner as long as everything else is good. Will definitely stay again!

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a continental breakfast. But Waffle House was across the street. I 10/10 recommend.

The workers where all great!

Hot tub and pool were nasty. There were a lot of kids, which may be the reason. The smell of pot/weed being smoked on our floor was crazy. We were able to put a towl on the floor by the door, and that helped a lot.
