I enjoyed the oatmeal, eggs and coffee. Everything looked appealing and the selection was wonderful. Got there late while the server was cleaning up and allowed several of us to make a plate.

I know there are so many variables with people and their food so this is just a comment and not a complaint. As a diabetic I am always trying to be aware of sugar and carbs. These types of items appeared to me to be limited. For example there are small, keto friendly wraps that could be added to the bagels and bread without any problem. Thanks for asking this question.

What can I say there isn’t much that I didn’t like about this place. The lobby is very welcoming. It’s not stuffy, you actually want to relax there, converse with friends and family, maybe read a book all in the lobby. The rooms are very comfortable, big windows and comfortable beds. Very clean. The bathroom is a nice size, very nice walk in shower. I definitely loved the complimentary soaps and body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they smelled amazing.

The one thing that I did not like was the mildew smell and mold the was in the runoff drain of the sink while brushing my teeth. If that is taken care of this place will be perfect. That just requires cleaning.

It was a nice, relatively new property with a hip, modern vibe. The complimentary breakfast buffet was quite nice - much better than other hotel brands.

There seemed to be quite a bit of traffic noise - including EMS vehicles as Gaston Memorial Hospital is around the corner. Also, the cleanliness of the room was a little concerning. The laminate floor had not been properly vacuumed nor mopped as there was human hair and debris left on the floor, immediately upon entry.

The location was very convenient to the airport. The staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was incredibly fast -- we had our room key in a matter of a minute or two! The room was nicely appointed and extremely clean -- the shower was especially nice. The place was quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items, including eggs, pancakes, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Charlotte. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Other than the fact that prices for rooms are increasing, we felt we got what we paid for and can't complain about a thing.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it’s open an hour later on weekends since we got in so late. There’s no microwave in the room but one is available in the lobby. Everything was clean, new, and in working order. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic furnishings. Great for a night or two but probably not for longer. There’s an indoor pool. We didn’t get to use it this time but maybe next time. Outside the elevators, they have lists of local restaurants and attractions which was no only helpful to find a place to grab dinner but also gave us something to read while waiting on the elevator.

It couldn’t be helped but the hotel faces a busy road and is near the hospital so you hear sirens all the time and the local kids “drag racing” in the wee hours of the morning. If you stay here, bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. There is WiFi but you either have to join their rewards program or pay for access. So, sure, it’s free but now I’m going to be on their email list and I’m drowning in unread emails already.

Breakfast was ok. The attraction in the lobby was the best thing about the hotel. Staff was amazing and the location is good.

The listing online stated the room had a microwave and there wasn’t one. That was my only reason for choosing this hotel because the others in the area Stated they DID NOT have microwaves. I could’ve chosen another hotel with better rates and reviews. But instead we paid $100 more staying here and no microwave or coffee pot in the room. My mom is handicapped and not able to keep walking to the lobby just to get coffee, if I’m not around. For the price of this hotel the amenities are are lacking.

Roselyn was amazing. The first person to check us i informed us that she had no King rooms available, which is what we reserved. We agreed to the 2 queens & when we went to the room, it was unmade and we had to return to desk. Roselyn took over and got us into a different queen room and offered her sincere apologies. the people above us had out of control children who were jumping on the floor, etc. - Roselyn contacted them by phone & it stopped for 10 minutes & then resumed. She then went to the room. After that, it stopped. She was simply lovely and veery efficient. she made our stay so much better

The person who originally checked us in looked like it was an effort to be there. While I was attempting to check in, another gentleman approached the desk and she looked at him and said "what's the problem" to which he informed her that his keys didn't work for his room she had checked him into. she was less than professional in her response to him. She then informed me that the King room that we had reserved was not available & we would have to have 2 queens. Not a problem to us. She gave us a room and when we went up, it was not cleaned and totally unmade. This was a pain since my husband had recently had hip surgery and now we had to go back down and inform her. When I told her, she gave a frustrated sigh. At this time, Roselyn stepped in and took care of us. Roselyn was lovely.

The staff is friendly and professional. They are very caring and helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants and gas stations. It is on the mail road. This is convenient I would stay again -if needed.

Be prepared to make adjustments for the following: The toilet is very low and there is no clock in the room. There is no cellphone charger charge port in the room.

This hotel is inviting, througholy cleaned, safe, and is in a wonderful location.

Two punks that were staying there at the same time (in Room 200) kept harassing me simply because I walked beside their truck while I was walking around the parking lot. Other than that, there was nothing I did not enjoy!

Location is close to my family. There are alot of restaurants nearby. The design of the hotel lobby is nice.

I think they need to clean rooms daily & not every other day. Didn't like that I have to go to lobby to use microwave then go all the way back to my room. Missed breakfast it's over so early.
