The , breakfast selections were very good. I like the fruit options, my husband enjoyed the waffles. The coffee was good (which is important for me). The location was good for us. It was easy to access the airport and visit with relatives.

Small issue with the sink not draining (but was fixed the next day). I would prefer that the room be tidies up and trash empty daily, instead of every other day.

This was the perfect location for staying in as my son was starting at Belmont Abbey University-fantastic location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Super comfortable bed – I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in one so nice. The only thing that I would have liked was, China plates and cups at breakfast but other than that an exceptionally good hotel – we will definitely be back when we visit my son ☺️

Everything is exceptional, except for the price per night is a bit high. The breakfast and pool make it worthy of the higher prices.

I wish I could remember the names of the two ladies who assisted my mother and I. I think one was Natalie or something with an N. The lady working the night shift was African American and both were so kind and went above and beyond to meet the needs we had. My mother is disabled and they made our stay wonderful.

We just use a hotel for sleeping and to eat breakfast to start the day, and this place was perfect for that. Dale in the kitchen was amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

we got locked out of our room almost every time, the code to the key did not work, and the app for my phone was for some reason not an option. Very frustrating with kids, Christmas gifts, and when you need to use the bathroom! One night there was nobody at the front desk, so I called them while standing in the lobby, and the only way I got a response was when I went to bang on the staff door. The lady answered and asked me why I didn’t stand at the front desk. I had been standing there forever!

Breakfast was great, you had a good selection from cereal, to eggs and bacon or sausage. Juices, turnovers, waffles, or pancakes, toast or bagel. Fresh Fruit, yogurt. Everything was conveniently locate, a Walmart right down the street, and places to eat, down another way - in the town of Belmont. Great sight seeing area.

Really can't think of anything that could have been better. Wish we could of come a little sooner so we could have seen more that was available there in the area is probably the only thing. Some of the Christmas light options were closed on the 24th and 25th, so may have to make a trip back next year to see what we missed.

Conveniently located just off 85 in Belmont. The room was a nice size and was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here because it was listed as pet friendly on Booking.com but they charged a $75 pet fee, not very friendly in my opinion.

I’ve stayed here before as it’s super close to Belmont Abbey (as I’m walking distance), and convenient to the I85, Charlotte, Gastonia etc. The staff are courteous and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The WiFi is good, the breakfasts are as well. There is an adequate fitness room and a laundry (which wasn’t working last time I was there but I believe was working this time).

There is nothing really. The property is having some refurbs done which it could use as the carpets in the common areas are quite manky.

Just needed somewhere for one night before flying out the next day from Charlotte. This was far enough from the airport not to be an `airport` hotel and it was well located for me coming off i-85 (West of the airport by about 6km). Coming from the UK, the rooms can be said to be a bit dated, with wooden frame furniture but it was functional & clean. The most important thing was a comfy bed, and it was so quiet and I slept well. That is far more important. The other bonus was a sensible breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausages, toasted bagels and a waffle maker. Much better selection than another hotel that I reviewed recently. Ample free parking and easy access to i-85. Would certainly stay here again. They also allow pets if you book ahead for an extra fee.

The property was fine but I didn’t like the $250 deposit to stay the night. It should be clearly listed when the property is selected.
