The stay was all excellent. The rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was pretty good, no real complaints. Staff was great- one of the morning staff created me with a confident "Good morning sunshine!" So cute.

The only improvements would be - the bed squeaked when I got in and out of it. Also, the bathtub had stains in the tub but I know they are in the process of remodeling so that may be included.

The host Christa is absolutely amazing this young lady has customer service like no other she is so nice and helpful from the moment we arrived till we left this young lady is fabulous at her job I work in the public and she is so personal and has the best customer service and you can tell she loves her job and honestly she needs to be the one to train people customer service she know her stuff !! Seriously Christa your the best your the reason we keep staying at this hotel - the gain lady & her husband

Location of the breakfast was very convenient. We were not able to eat because we were meeting family for breakfast.

There was no light in the alcove containing the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Couldn't see what we were doing there. Would have liked grab-bars in the shower even without reserving a handicapped room.

Always clean especially since renovation. Breakfasts are always delicious and substantial..and kept plentiful. The beds, pillows and linens were especially nice- clean, soft linens, nice pillows-labeled. Oviously freshly laundered duvets. They even smelled nice.

Like the location and great breakfast.

I felt like the hallways need to be vacuumed and a little more detail to cleaning rooms, little dark specs around and ants inside ac control unit. Also, parking, had to park in the back and for 2 females coming in late at night, not my favorite.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Best I have experienced at a hotel. Location was excellent for my needs.

First room when getting ready to retire for the night had a constant knocking coming from over the vent and ceiling in bathroom. Front desk employee came to room and could not determine what was causing it. Moved me to another room on the third floor. Although it says no smoking facility someone in that room before me had been smoking. The smell was still in the room. At this point I was too tired to move again, so I went ahead and stayed for the night. Other than this incident everything else about the facility was excellent.

Leanne at the front desk was so nice and helpful and even recommended a great restaurant for me and my mom. The room was super clean the shower was nice and clean and roomy. The bed was the most comfortable and the sheets were like velvet. Breakfast was amazing they even had bacon available.

Everything g was clean. Beds were comfy and clean. Not alot of noise and breakfast was nice

Can't really think of anything. Maybe parking at night time. Had to park in the back and walk around the side and it was kind of dark

The breakfast was excellent! The housekeeping staff was very accommodating to our needs. Pool hours were a little restrictive. We were never disturbed by noises from other patrons which is very unusual with hotels in general.

Extend pool hours to help families with children. They get up earlier and become restless.

Everything was amazing. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good. The workers were very nice and friendly. It was close to the whitewater center which was the main reason we went. Still close to everything else as well, prob about 15 min drive. We loved the room. Everything overall was an easy process. Definitely recommend.
