Great hotel, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, highly recommended! I would stay there again which I would not say for all hotels. Great location. The nice lady that does breakfast is the best! She is so friendly. Also the nice lady 9n the desk 3 to 11mfrom Cincinnati is just awesome.

Breakfast was okay; only ate there once.

The hotel was nice. The manager on duty or desk clerk was, in my opinion, rude. I was unaware of the credit card only situation, but that I worked with, However, I did encounter some difficulty using the scan when I attempted to make purchases. I told her I was having difficulty, and she just blew me off. She finally came over to help me when she saw me getting ready to return the items to the shelf. Maybe she needs more training in customer service.

Room was super clean, good size and had a well-equipped kitchenette in it. I really appreciated the electric vehicle charger in the parking lot. Was not free, but kept us from having to charge on the way home.

Breakfast was not as extensive as I've had at other places of similar quality. No warm eggs or bacon, just some premade stuff that we could reheat.

Breakfast was good and fresh; staff was friendly; I felt safe traveling alone as a woman.

I didnt like small children shouting in the hallway at 8 a.m. Maybe ask parents to supervise children outside the rooms?

We loved the size of the refrigerator! We brought food for a birthday celebration and everything fit perfectly!

Breakfast selection could have been better. We had a problem with one of the beds not being on the frame correctly. We also noted that the faucets were both loose.

Super easy to get to from the airport, very close to the interstate, lots of places to eat around. Quiet location despite all of this as it’s set back on its own. Friendly staff, huge rooms! Perfect for us. Would definitely come again.

The laundry room heat blowing out over the pool!! I guess that was an after thought when designing. Nice little pool, but needs attention.

I felt very welcomed to this location. We were greeted by the front desk, but our TV as well. Everything was super clean and the hotel room itself was huge!

We only had one issue and it was that our tv remote did not have batteries.

The room was nice and clean. It was very comfortable too.

The breakfast. I have to tell you that the Holiday Inn Express across the freeway has a much better breakfast. The muffins I brought to my husband were very crumbly. I expect better than packaged muffins from a Hilton Hotel.
