Tennille was very attentive to the food. She kept it well stocked, replaced the coffee when needed, and was especially friendly and helpful. The food was very good and well prepared. Very high marks for it.

There wasn't anything that was unacceptable. Very highly recommend. The man that made my reservations was so nice and friendly when I called. Southern hospitality at its finest.

The Location was great, close to the interstate and restaurants nearby, The Breakfast was Chef’s Kiss with great options to choose from, I would definitely recommend this Hotel. we stayed for 4 days and The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good and above average for this type of location. The staff was outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect for our visits to Gastonia. .

There were a few issues with the facility which need to be addressed. I brought these things to the attention of the front desk and she was very receptive to my concerns.

Everything except breakfast was a bit lacking and hallway smelled like weed. Staff offered to move me but my room was fine and I didn’t smell it in there. Shower and staff 10++*.

The property was maintained, quiet, and in a great area. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room items (pillows, towels, toilet paper, etc)

While we enjoyed our stay, our room smelled like the previous guests smoked in the room and our mini fridge did not hold a cool temperature.

We got there at 2:30 and were told that it would be $60 for an early check-in. Regular check-in was 3pm.

Location is super convenient - right off I-85; close to Charlotte, close to CLT Douglas airport. Lots of fast food/restaurant chains at the same exit. We were there for graduation at Belmont Abbey College. Great value for the price, and the room met our needs and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in; front desk staff were very friendly. It was a very pleasant stay.

We couldn't locate a USB charging port anywhere in the room - may have been that we overlooked it. But if there isn't one, that would be a great addition. Walls are a bit thin in terms of noise control but putting on the AC fan took care of that.

The welcome was very nice. The room was very spacious!

My room did not get cleaned. I had to get clean towels from the front desk. The trash was not emptied and my coffee and cups were not replaced. I was very disappointed in this for the amount of money

The staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff was able to accommodate my needs without any issues.

No issues on this trip.
