I came here on a job following Hurricane Helene, because there was no access to Asheville from the Knoxville side of the road. This hotel was like a light house in the sea after being at the flood zone. The staff were quite nice, and it had a homey feel to it.

In my experience, the neighborhood around this hotel was a little bit noisy, at least for Charlotte. If you want something for comfort and not a last minute business stay, maybe pick another neighborhood. If you don't have much location preference, you will not mind.

Everything was clean and the staff was really nice. Special thanks to our shuttle driver, I don’t know his name, but he was on shift on feb 27. The best person ever! Very welcoming and helpful in all our needs! We preferred the hotel mostly because you have a free shuttle to the airport, it’s very convenient.

We stayed in the room 201 and after my husband took a shower, the water was literally all over the bathroom. We hardly could cope with it and spent a lot of time to clean it up so we could use the toilet. And no one else decided to go for a shower after that, too much time and efforts, that’s sad. We’d prefer to have liquid soap instead of the bar, it’s much more ecological friendly and convenient. But we loved the window in the room! And if to be honest, we didn’t like the breakfast at all. Only waffles were really good. We understand money/quality, so we didn’t expect much, but still.

it was cleaned, easy to find, one of the best choices , when we entered that friday night, i couldn’t catch his name but he was amazing. he greeted us , and made sure we knew where to go and honestly, keep him! got there about 9-10 pm.

I can’t say there was anything that i didn’t like to be honest, everyone minded their own business, help was needed as needed.

Clean rooms

The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick me up, although I arrived after 10pm and there was no traffic. I had to call the front desk twice to make sure someone was picking me up. The hotel is 2 miles or 7 minutes from the airport. Go figure...

Bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were well designed and had refrigerators, microwaves and tvs.

Our first room looked great and was newly renovated, but the shower had little to pressure and no hot water. The hotel relocated us for our second night and the shower was much better, but the bathroom could use a little help as the sink was needing reattached better to the wall. Breakfast was ok

Clean and well appointed room. Shower was huge and beautiful. Bed had clean white duvet cover and sheets. Bed and pillow were comfortable. They have shuttles on the hour to the airport but because they had so many guests they added a 5:15 am shuttle to accommodate all the guests. They also had toothbrushes and toothpaste for guests with no luggage. They also offered wakeup calls so guests would not miss their shuttle.

I wish the shuttle was available after midnight especially on those days when there is major weather that caused delayed flights. It would be easy for them to know this. It would be similar to them adding another shuttle for additional guests.

The hotel is close to Charlotte airport. I used the hotel's free shuttle to and from the airport and the service was prompt and the shuttle trip was only about 10 minutes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff provided exellent service.

The room and bathroom had bright white lights. I prefer warm white lighting and think this would improve the ambience.

We got in about midnight and the front desk lady was very nice. She was still on duty when we left early to get their shuttle to the airport and even though the free breakfast area was not yet open officially, she went and got the continental breakfast items out for us. Plus she already had the coffee made. I appreciated that.

I picked this hotel for closeness to airport and airport shuttle due to unexpected layover in Charlotte. The only thing I would say to improve was make shuttle available every half hour instead of on the hour.

This hotel was clean, very clean. Though the rooms are smaller than many US hotels, they are just the right size. We had a problem in the room when we first check in and the front desk clerk came up herself with less than five minutes and sorted it out, even by crawling under the furniture to get to a plug. I was amazed at her willingness, her can-do attitude, and her ability to just do something because it needed to get done. And in the morning, the morning clerk took a load of people to the airport in her private vehicle because the shuttle driver had called in late. Excellent service.

While the area is noisy, and a bit challenging without a car, our room was very quiet.

there were lots of strange peoole hanging about and um sure there was a group usimg the side entry for a trap house... peoole were rolling up to that end, blowing their horns like they were at a house and the guys would go out and lean in the window for a sec then they were gone… it happened a few times🤔🤔
