The room was nice and clean and spacious

The food at their in-house restaurant wasn’t too good. Ordered the fish tacos and the fish was overcooked dry and tough. broccoli.. I received maybe four pieces of broccoli so if you order a side vegetable and it’s not for a child make sure you order two.

The staff went above greeting you & asking how is everything. Manager walked around the reception talking to guests. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had. Quality of food was great, lots of options & made to order omelets. We appreciated real plates & silverware, no plastic like many hotels we stay at use. The suite had a wonderful layout. Living room and kitchenette were separate from bedroom. You could access the bathroom from the bedroom or kitchenette. Very clean throughout. We liked having a dresser, cushioned bench & closet in the bedroom. The beds were comfortable & linens clean, no smell or stains. Air conditioning worked very well. The only thing I would suggest is better pillows & 4 pillows instead of 3 on each bed. Overall we had an amazing experience staying there. The location is excellent. We walked to several restaurants and it felt safe to do so.

We stayed for 3 nights & each night at the reception, the same appetizers were given. It would of been nice to change it up.

Amazing hotel from the friendly staff and the amazing clean smell of the hotel as you enter in. Our room was small for a suite for our family of 4 but comfortable. The only issues I had were the lack of extra linen in rooms when we arrived…. Never had enough blankets and sheets pillows. The bedding is fine for people who are always hot but very thin for my liking. Also had spots of some kind on them. Also no usb port for phone and tablets which was very disappointing since lessen hotels have them. Pool are was clean and excellent for my kids to swim in peace. The hotel it’s self was very family friendly and definitely a win win for or weekend getaway.

We love this location. We’ve stayed here multiple times. With the exceptional breakfast and two complimentary drinks the price is well worth it.

This stay was a little aggravating on the first day. We had no idea that there was the massive event that was happening on Friday night. There was no where to park for your paying guests. We had to park way up past the movie theater and lug our luggage to your hotel. That was unacceptable and ridiculous in my opinion. I know you won’t advertise you are having an even due to the fact that a lot of people wouldn’t stay on nights like those but I can say my eyes have been opened and I will be looking prior to ever booking with you or another hotel again.

The facility was amazing! The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. My husband and I traveled with our 6 mnth old son and we were very happy with the coziness of our room. The location was great but still within distance of great restaurants and downtown.

Parking could have been better. I believe we went during a busy time .. fourth of July holiday weekend. We were hoping to have less of a crowd there since the location was more secluded. But even with that, it was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was nice. Beds were comfortable, room was good size and comfortable. Shower was hot. Hotel offers a good selection for breakfast and a great happy hour. We ordered room service and the food was good (hot and seasoned well). The area is a little on the outskirts of downtown Charlotte (about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic).

The parking is free but the lot is shared with at least 2 other hotels. One night after going out, we had to park about 1 block from the hotel on the street because the parking lot was full. Pool was kind of small

I live in Charlotte, so this was pretty much a "Staycation" of sorts. I was there to attend a church Women's Event which started on Friday with Meet & Greet and Saturday Conference. The room and conference space was wonderful.

There was a little mishap with the audio/conference equipment which delayed our conference about 20 minutes or so. Otherwise, everything was superb.

Friendly staff. Allow dogs for a fee which is a HUGE plus for us when traveling. Accommodating to our needs since we had dogs.

Did not provide a doggie care package like a few other hotels do. It would be a nice touch. Offer a discount for volunteers who volunteer at Operation Christmas Child facility near by. Provide a refund on dog fee if room clean upon inspection. Especially if dogs were in a kennel during stay in the room and not running around within the room. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and highly recommend.

Room was nice size and very clean, and very quiet until our last night. The amenities were very good, especially breakfast.

The neighbors above us and next door were so noisy on our last evening, that we complained to the front desk, who had to call police. We had to check out earlier than planned because we could not sleep.

Excellent location, rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The bathroom has no ventilation fan. Therefore, after a shower. The bathroom stayed steamy and hot for a long time. The towels were new but not washed. Lint was all over my clothing and body. The ac unit was on and off all night. Pillows were very flat
