Majority was good stay with remodeling going on.

The bathroom had one hanger for ALL wet towels....hand towels of bath towels & no hangers in shower area & it was uneven.......sloped away from drain & puddled up in middle of tub /shower. Only one set of plugs were actually working so made it hard to charge all electronics. There wasn't a channel guide to help you know what is available in TV......just had to turn in & figure it all out in own .... inconvenience & wasted time.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and Sherri that handles the breakfast in the morning is awesome. She is very welcoming and keeps the breakfast stocked, fresh and ready. Breakfast is buffet style and the best breakfast ever in a hotel hands down!!!! I was visiting from Virginia for the weekend.

Breakfast was excellent for a hotel offering. Room was good and comfortable. Offering free popcorn, flavored water and coffee service was great.

Did not care for the location of the hotel. It was well hidden between buildings and not visible from the main road. Main road entrance is easily overlooked and bypassed.

I loved the beds and bedding. Very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection and coffee was very good The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is in the process of a renovation. Some things, like the beds were all new but other things, like the breakfast area was still being constructed. We did have a nice breakfast in the meeting room.

The staff was so amazing. They truly made us feel more like we were staying with family then in a hotel with strangers. our first night we arrived around 12:30 am there were some minor issues with the room that we were in but we were too tired to realize until the next morning. once we informed the front desk they moved us into a room that was right across the hall so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced and it went smooth. I have a 7 year old diabetic and every night she would want cocoa because it was cold and rainy and every night it didn’t matter who was at the front desk they would find and give her hot cocoa which made her night. Every staff member we saw would say hello ask how we were doing, do you need anything, etc…, and always wished us a great day or evening. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel was super clean and quiet, other than my 7 year old when heading to or from our room. The breakfast was very yummy with a decent amount of options. Coffee in the lobby was always fresh no matter what time day or night that I had an urge to grab a cup. I have now found my place to stay whenever I’m in the area. I can’t thank them enough for being so kind, caring, and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the front desk to our room everything exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, clean lobby, rooms, recreational areas. Will definitely be coming back to stay when we visit family. Huge shout out to Demise who took great care of us.

People at the sitting area were out passed 12, which wasn't a problem but they were loud. Attempted to call downstairs but I got no answer. Other than that it was good. Also how long do I have to wait before the deposit is returned?

My great grand daughters, ages 3 and 5 were with us and would have literally lived in the pool, Every minute was "lets go swimming." The staff was super nice about getting us towels and unlocking the door for us. they were great. The breakfast area was fantastic . Great food, kind staff, and very accomadating. Yes if in the area we would stay again,. parking was easy and close. And my oldest great grand daughter was the buttonpusher on the elevator rides, They loved it and so did we...

The staff were extremely kind. The gentleman at the front desk asked about our son's travel baseball tournament. He was very polite. The beds were comfortable and overall the hotel was quiet. They allowed pets. The continental breakfast was delicious.

The faucet in the shower needs attention. It would not stay in one place. While showering, the handle would begin to drop slowly which could cause the water to become extremely hot.

Reasonably priced. Not pet friendly BUT rather pet welcoming! Delicious breakfast. Absolutely wonderful staff.

Dispensers for body wash, shampoo & condition were set too high. Hallway carpet badly stained & needs to be replaced. Handicap room was all the way down the hall. A difficult thing to navigate if you use a cane.
