This is a pretty typical Hampton inn with qualities you can count on. Location is convenient a few miles from the airport, for me it was good as I had a late night arrival and just wanted to get to a hotel as soon as possible. It's relatively new, about 5 years old so everything looks and feels new and in good condition. It shares parking and public space with Tru Hilton next door. Parking is not free which is surprising for an airport hotel, for $10 per 24 hours and you pay online. Breakfast is ok for a free breakfast but nothing outstanding. Overall, if looking for a clean, modern comfortable room this hotel meets all basic expectations.

Very modern and well outfitted common areas and room! Bathroom felt luxurious, it was so spacious and modern. Our check in process was made all the better by the very kind staff member whose name I cannot recall, but I do recall that we checked in late at night and they have a very well stocked convenience shop from which we were able to get something decent to eat. Can’t comment on location because we only overnighted for a flight layover but their free hotel shuttle was a definite big plus.

While I appreciated the free breakfast on the morning of our layover flight, it would have been very underwhelming had we been staying at the property for longer than one night. I have no other complaints though. I would recommend that others stay there.

The breakfast was very good and appreciate since we were there 2 nights that the menu was varied. The dining room was spacious and clean. the staff were great and made sure that as items were used, they were replaced immediately. Very friendly! The shuttle service to the airport was greatly appreciated!! Beautiful rooms and loved having the walk-in shower!!!

Not a complaint, just FYI for training, some of the front desk staff seemed to be in training and not certain or self-assured as to how to respond. The one person (sorry I didn't get his name) was very helpful and had ready answers for our questions. He really made sure we had the information we needed.

Breakfast was amazing and the bed and couch were super comfortable.

The microwave did not work. Power would not come on and no way to reach the plug/outlet. Live TV did not work so could not watch local stations. Shuttle service is very confusing since so many hotels have Hilton in the name. Drivers ask what address you are going to before they take you. We did not have our reservation ready so may have missed a shuttle. Make sure you know or have the address ready if using the shuttle.

This hotel, nestled in beautiful mature trees, was exceptional...simply beautiful. This is the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever seen. The location is perfect....close to the airport for my flight the next day and the shuttle bus was a great addition. Further, the long term parking while I'm on my trip was a welcomed addition. I highly recommend this hotel and I plan to stay there again.

Truthfully, there wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Location to the airport; the shuttle was available when we arrived, and it was a quick ride to the airport; within walking distance of a hotel with a restaurant. Was close enough to the airport that we didn't worry very much when we had to take a later shuttle for our morning flight due to the original shuttle time being full.

The front desk staff person was not present upon our arrival, and I had to track her down (she was in the nearby eating area, behind a partially-closed door). There were several of us waiting to check in, so, I'm not sure why she wasn't readily available. It would be nice if they offered meal options in the evening (aside from Uber Eats or Door Dash delivery)...

Facility was great, but I had to leave earlier than breakfast hours.

The young woman who checked me into the Hotel was rude. I asked her about the AARP rate and she told me that I should have taken care of that when I made the reservation. I don't think that ever came up when I made the room reservation on-line. Regardless, she was rude and could stand to be a little more professional and courteous. It was not a good start to my visit.

They allowed us to extend our time by a couple hours which was appreciated. We also enjoyed the pool table.

They had some sandwiches and a little bit of frozen dinner food (and a microwave), but the closest restaurant (at a sister hotel with pretty good food) is about a half mile away. We walked there but they also allow you to use the shuttle if you don't want to walk.

Very open and clean room, good choices on continental breakfast, comfortable beds, we were allowed a 1:00 checkout for free, reception area had essentials if you forgot any (toothbrush, razor, etc)

Having to pay to park for each day there, We specified a room not on the first floor when we made the reservation, but were given a room on the first floor

The rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the shuttle to the airport was good.

We missed our 7:30 shuttle because we showed up at exactly 7:30, but he had already been gone for 1-2 minutes. When discussing this with the front desk, they said he has to stay on time. I completely understand that, but the front desk should warn guests that he could leave early, so they should be 5-10 minutes early for the shuttle.
