The only problem I had was the breakfast juice machine was shut off because they said it was leaking water.... I can understand that, however, they should have thought to put out a pitcher of water and or juice too! They basically left us with nothing cold to drink. I asked an attendant to set out a water pitcher and she ignored me or didn't understand English??? I finally took a plastic cup from the juice machine and went down the hall to fill it up with water myself from the men's room sink! A manager knew about the juice machine being turned off. She should have pivoted and thought of a good solution herself. I should not have to be the one to suggest a water pitcher, and then get ignored.

I reserved my room prior to arrival. The front desk person had my room and documents prepared for me which made check in quicker. She told me everthing i needed to know regarding the hotel such as checkout and breakfast time. The hotel is obviously undergoing renovations however the room was completey updated since my last stay. The room had most essentials that you would expect includung bodywash, and make up wipes.

The breakfast could have had more variety. The only hot food items were biscuits and sausage gravy. They normally serve bacon and eggs or sausage.

It was a great location. It was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was very helpful.

My daughter went down to the front desk to ask about the pool hours. The girl at the desk was on her phone. My daughter waited about 10 minutes before she put her phone away to answer a simple question. Pool hours need to be extended.

The front staff was amazing. Sissy, the manager was extremely accommodating, very professional! This is the only hotel I stay at, when I visit Shelby. I am a satisfied customer!

The internet should be looked at. It does not reach well the closer you go towards the end of the hotel with the pool. I work remotely and this prevented me from being able to work a few times during my stay. Sissy was extremely accommodating and switched me to a room with great internet connection so that I could work.

We had a newly is remodelled room that was exceptional. Is the bathroom is perfect. New shower, new towels.It was a very nice day and extremely clean. If you're going. For the pool however it was green and full of mildew.

The pool was disgusting and the cigarette dispensers were knocked over with cigarettes everywhere. The breakfast could have been a little bit better.

The hotel accommodations were really nice. The breakfast was horrible What Bonus question was good was good. Plotting in your room was good. Most timely then it in our App Store. Share photos that I f***** you up your stay on. It's f****** pictures when I'm f****** staying. When you're taking f****** pictures, I'm gonna f****** Shelby. I think it was a woman I prefer.

We stayed at the hotel due to hurricane Helene. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was a great large suite and everything was clean! My Husband said breakfast was good(I left for work before it started). It was our home away from home during the power outage!

They are remodeling, so some noise and a lot of boxes 📦 It will be beautiful when they are done!

The location and the cleanliness

Having to pay a $200 hold fee in cash because I lived within 30 miles from this location. I understand that you have to do what you have to do but this should be been told upfront. No one should have to run around town searching for a viable ATM machine that was extremely Inconvenient.

We had to stay here because the tornado that came through May 8th ripped our roof off our home!! The staff was very kind and made sure we were as comfortable as possible!! I wish I'd thought to have gotten everyone's names!!

If i have anything to say that I didnt like was whole time we never got to use the pool it was closed we were hoping it would have opened before we got to leave but it didn't

I love everything about the hotel, including the location,the size of the room and staff. My last stay I gave them a ten

Small things to hotels or Big things to Customers like me , this time because they turn the Fridge down to almost zone ,we spent almost the entire night trying to get it to get cool. I take medicine that has to stay cold so luckily I bought ice packs. Why not turn the Fridge up before guest arrive. That's what we pay for. Great accommodations! You could get all great reviews from all guests if you could take care of the comfort we need
