As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by 2 cheery and friendly gals. That always starts off my experience wonderful. They got us checked in quickly, answered several of our questions thoroughly and quickly, and we were in our room. We were right by the exit door as requested, and it was very quiet. The bed was so comfy as well as the corner chair. The room and bathroom was very clean and had no odor of animals as i walked in. Being a pet room, i assumed it would smell. My son and granddaughter went to the pool as soon as we checked in! Very nice pool area. If there was one thing i didnt like, and it has no reflection on the hotel actually, was that there wasnt an indoor pool in case of bad or cold weather.The next morning, we came down to the beautiful array of hot breakfast foods! Homemade waffles, grits, cereals, ham, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruit, muffins, juices, milk, and much more!! There were so many choices, and it was all very delicious! Compliments to the sweet lady that came out to refill the food. I will absolutely only come to this hotel on my way to see my son next time! T.Malone

As I mentioned above, I wish there was an indoor pool for those days that are storming or cold. But it wasn't a complaint or anything like that. They loved the pool!

Great area for walking dogs and it seemed well cared-for. Nice restaurant options and gas station / convenience store all very close at hand. Hotel accommodated my request for a first floor room. Clean, safe.

Not much I could complain about. The omelettes were full of ingredients I didn’t care for. A plain omelette would have been nice. Smokers standing too close to the entrance and a guest running his diesel engine close to the entrance for hours were annoying. Lots of feral cats running around the parking lot.

Really friendly, professional staff. Clean room and bathroom. Good coffee, available at a coffee station in lobby. Nice self serve breakfast choices. We upgraded to jacuzzi tub, very relaxing after a long drive. Easy to get to off of Route 85.

Really not much not to like, maybe a little spiffing up outside to make it more inviting. The bed was on the firm side, my preference is softer, but it was still good.

They were sooooooooooooo kind… the parking lot was so clean… my room SMELLED amazing and clean when I entered it… the room was actually clean and disinfected… trust me—- I checked

The smokers were smoking right in front of the building next to the front entrance

We like the spa room and book it every time we are in the area. Convenient location, decent breakfast and good coffee.

The beds are not that comfortable. They are on the hard side. Pillows are good but the beds need to be updated.

The staff were very friendly and they made sure we had everything we needed. We were traveling with our three small kids and our three dogs and they made sure we had everything we needed.

The front door wasn’t at the front of the hotel, so it was a bit confusing to find.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Sheets clean, room clean, etc.. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. My son liked the waffles. Coffee was good. It isn't the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, but for the price, it was excellent.

I really have no complaints. For the price, it was an excellent experience.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I really liked the soap and lotion dispensers in bathroom rather than individually packed one. Better for the environment. The breakfast was great with variety foods to pick from. Warm eggs omelette, waffles, fruits, grits etc.

The deposit was not added to the website of cash/ card 200$ (we understand the problem they had) would be nice to know ahead of time and not get hit by it right when we check in . A little inconvenience.

It was old but clean. I felt safe staying there by myself. Every person I ran into that worked there was very nice.

I thought it was over priced for the quality.
