The experience with the front desk agent, o forgot his name but I think his name starts with the letter j, was extraordinary. He took his time not only to explain everything but also to accommodate us in the best possible way. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this time the young man at the front desk gave us the best welcome we’ve ever had here, which I believe is a very important point for any hotel. The last time I stayed, just a week ago, the person who assisted us was rather dry, and the very first time we came to this hotel the front desk lady was friendly ,but this time, I must say, this young man went above and beyond in his kindness.

Really thoughtful design of the room - a “drop zone” for coats, cell phones, purse etc. comfy bed, night lights. Soap dispensers (instead of mini bottles)decaf and tea with the coffee maker, plus a small microwave and fridge.

Front desk person was very nearly rude. I said “good afternoon!”, she said “lemme see your driver’s license”. Not even a smile. The fire alarm went off, scaring the whole floor out of our rooms.

Got the room for 2 nights. Asked for a late check out on Sunday. After the first night, while we was at lunch they called and asked why we hadn't checked out. Explained we had a reservation for that night also. Had to return to the hotel to get new room keys. Then come Sunday morning was supposed to have a late checkout by 12:00. Packing up and getting everything to go around 11:15. Housekeeping came by first and told them we had a late checkout then also called by front desk and wanted to know why we were still there. I know things happen but this should have been put down however they are supposed too. I think this was poor communication by the employee's. Other than that great place to stay.

The breakfast was good, fresh items, many options. The room was clean and well laid out. Staff was friendly. Lthe location was in a great spot, very close to anything we needed.

The water took quite a bit of time to get hot in the shower. The eggs and pancake batter at breakfast were not refreshed when we went down at about 8:45, which is understandable, all else at breafast was great though!

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Chelsea was so sweet and kind. I loved the fact the hotel uses Dove personal hygiene products!! Located right off I-85 near the Outlets.

It would be nice if they had liquid coffee creamers in the room. Also, I stopped in the lobby to get a cup of coffee to go. The regular was out; and, the decaf was cold.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Our family visited with us at the pool and used the outside area to have a meal together and the staff was helpful.

We were unable to check in at check in time because our room was not ready. That was disappointing after a long day on the road.

Cleanliness. Comfort. Price.

I asked for an extra hour to stay after checkout at 11 am. There was a monsoon outside and poor visibility on the road. Front Desk said policy was no delayed checkouts and then $50 to stay one hour extra. We checked out and waited in the car for an hour in the parking lot waiting for storm to pass. I suppose IHG won't charge me $50 for waiting in the parking lot or is that loitering?

Very nice hotel. Clean. Very modern and either new or recently remodeled. Room was very spacious, more than any single room I have ever stayed in. Bathroom had a ceramic tile, walk in shower. No smoking hotel so loved the fact that none of the rooms had been smoked in.Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful. Excellent choices - excelled on proteins, fresh fruits and drink choices are perfect from coffee, teas, juices, water.. They have vegetable and cheese omelette, scrambled eggs or fired egg. Pasteries, toast, muffins & bagels which create different options with various condements. You could make your own grites, different varietes., oatmeals.

I cannot think of anything else I would have liked for a breakfast!!

Excellent customer service. The best I've seen. From the time we arrive until we departed the entire staff was professional and friendly. Other hotel staff could learn a lot from your facility..

I didn't like being awaken at 5:00 something in the morning by the fire alarm. Your alarm system is very sensitive. Even then the staff showed top knowledge in evacuation policies. Thanks guys for a job well done.
